Beautiful, clean condo!

This is my second time staying at this condo. It is CLEAN, well decorated, and in a perfect location. The owner is highly responsive to answer any questions...he usually texts back within 5 minutes! The condo is located in a beautiful community that is well maintained, gorgeous, and feels safe. It is calm, quiet, and relaxing. Ample parking. There is a washer/dryer on site which makes it so convenient. The furniture and beds are comfortable. Anna Maria Island is only about a 10 mile, easy drive away. Grocery store, Walmart, gas station, restaurants are about 1 to 2 miles away. I love this place and hope to return!

Inaccurate Listing

The condo was clean and well maintained. We loved the complex and the area. We feel we were misled about what is available to use on the property. You will not be able to use the main pool, if you stay less than a month. It does say this on his listing but when I talked to him about it, he said he leaves a pass in the condo for renters to use. We’ve stayed at River Strand before and were able to get a pass card from the owner for full access to everything on the property. But, he said sometimes, the renters don’t leave the pass card behind. He assured us that we would have full use of the satellite pools without the pass card. A few days into our stay, when we were sitting at one of the satellite pools, a security card asked to see our pass then said we must leave as we didn’t have one. Luckily, we were visiting my brother, who got us a Family and Friends pass so we could use the facilities. If my brother didn’t live there, we would not have a pool to use. It was embarrassing to be asked to leave the pool. The rules of the complex are changing and we believe the owner should be up to date.

Beautiful condo!

A friend and I rented this condo and loved it! It was very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Everything was updated. The view from the lanai was so relaxing…. it was great to have morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while overlooking the pretty view. Anthony, the owner, was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. River Strand is beautiful and this condo is excellent. I definitely want to return!

BEST STAY EVER!! MY NEW PLACE IN BRADENTON!!

This was an ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS condo for our holiday vacation!! I had been looking for months to find a VRBO in Bradenton but was unable to find the dates I needed so I booked a hotel. I decided to look one last time a couple of weeks before we were leaving and lucky me I found this condo! It was exactly as described and the pictures were accurrate! The community was peaceful and very beautiful! Anthony was a pleasure to work with as he made himself available to answer any questions!! This will definitely be my first choice for all future trips to the Bradenton area!!

great condo for our short stay

We spent a week in the condo. Two bedroom two bath. The apartment was spotless. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, but we did not cook past making coffee. We had a couple of small glitches and contacted the owner via email. He could not have been more responsive. Highly recommend the unit. Thank you Tony.

The condo was fabulous. Sparkling clean and exactly as pictured. The balcony overlooked a lagoon and the golf course. Totally delighted. Very convenient to Bradenton, Sarasota and Holmes Beach, our favorite. Definitely would come back.

The place is just perfect.

We spent two weeks there playing golf, lots of courses nearby, restaurants and shops. Having access to the pool area to relax after a round of golf was great. Communication, check-in and all perfect. Could not have picked a better place. Thank you so mu ch.

Amazing Condo!

This condo both met and exceeded all expectations. We had some family fly in from Canada, so we wanted to provide them with the best experience possible. They fell in love with the neighborhood! You can walk to the restaurant and numerous pools in the area....let's just say this place is perfect! In addition, Anthony was able to address any concerns that I had before, during, and after our stay!

Great VRBO - Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at this well appointed, clean and updated condo. The location was key for us as we moved our daughter into a home nearby so she can attend dental school. This condo was wonderful and we enjoyed the screened balcony, cooking in the beautiful kitchen, and the quiet atmosphere in the community.

Excellent condo

Very clean and comfortable condo with a nice balcony. It appears to be recently remodeled with new furniture. Beds are extremely comfortable. The unit is exceptionally clean and well-cared for. We really enjoyed our stay and the amenities of the community. There is a very nice pool within walking distance. You are about a 30-40 min drive to the beaches and the condo is close to the highway. You’ll need to bring your own beach chairs and towels if you plan to visit the beach. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Great experience. Highly recommend!!!

Anthony was Terrific!

We truly enjoyed our stay. This place was very comfortable. We had many adventures while we were there, but it was always great to come "home." Anthony gave provided us with every detail we asked for, including maps of the location, and great places to visit. He responded promptly to any questions we had.
