Choose from a King and Queen upstairs, and there's a pull-out Queen sofa in the living room on the main level.

This home features one full bathroom and one-half bath, offering plenty of space to refresh and unwind. You'll find towels, essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. All thoughtfully provided for a comfortable, clean, and relaxing experience.

Enjoy the Florida breeze in the open backyard. We've set up outdoor dining with plenty of seating.



Take a dip in the large shared swimming pool after a day of exploring.

🔑 You will have access to the entire townhouse! This includes the washer and dryer as well which is available for use during your stay at any time In addition to having access to the pool.



-This property allows you to dock a boat up to 25'.

-There are no trailers allowed.

-Contact host to discuss trailer storage options.

-Must provide boat insurance 1 week prior to reservation start date.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $50 Per Half Hour Late

🏊 Swimming Pool: The community swimming pool is fully operational, clean and sanitized, and ready for your enjoyment!

**Canal/Boat slips unavailable from June 1st- mid August.

There are future plans to renovate the pool and it may be closed. Please contact host for renovation dates.
