Great place to stay

We didn't get enjoy everything the property had to offer because we were there for a graduation and had other places to be, but it was a great place to stay. Very clean. Quick response to questions. Pool was very clean, even though we didn't have time to enjoy it. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Suncoast stay!

Very comfortable stay for our extended family of 9. Nice spacious kitchen and living areas, and enough privacy in bedrooms for a good nights sleep. Would highly recommend.

Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation at this home, it fit our needs, was very spacious, good location to the beach, airport, shops, etc., had fun in the pool and enjoyed the golf course! Just a few callouts for families with small children, there are a ton of very large windows/sliding doors that are not easy to blackout for sleep/nap times and the acoustic in the home aren’t great(very loud/echos) and no small toddlers blankets/sheets/pillows so bring these for your littles along with good grip water shoes since there are large steps by the pool that get very slippery when wet!

Awesome home and wonderful owners

We had the best time at this home. It was clean, floor plan and furniture was well thought out and made the stay really comfortable. We loved the pool, balconies and outside patio. Pool was warm and well kept. The owners are awesome! So much communication and so helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Cortez retreat was wonderful!

We enjoyed 9 nights at the Cortez retreat for our family vacation. Our children and 7 grandsons ( ages 1-6)) had a wonderful time. The house was exceptionally clean. Communication was excellent and timely. Plenty of comfortable sleeping spaces for everyone. Decorated very nicely. Nice residential neighborhood. Heated Pool got daily use, nice lanai area with table/chairs and sitting area with cushioned chairs. Outdoor TV. Extra refrigerator in garage was a great addition, as we cooked all our meals in. Washer and dryer. Easy access to beaches, groceries etc. check in and out process was easy and well laid out. Also decks off upstairs bedrooms with deck furniture. Outside the pool area is a patio fire pit which we did not use. Grill available, as well as a crib and high chair . Beach chairs , mats and umbrella available to use, and worked great for our daily trips to the beach. We all had a wonderful week, and hope to return.

Family Vacation

Great house for our family retreat. Enjoyed sitting outside around the pool while others enjoyed indoors. Plenty of spacious rooms to spread out. Kitchen big enough for us to all work in while preparing meals. Spent time exploring Anna Marie Island and Sarasota

Family reunion

Our family came together at this property originally to celebrate a wedding. We all live in different states and wanted a great home that accommodated three families with kids and offered a great place to socialize, for the adults and the kid cousins ranging in age 11-27. It was everything and more we hoped for. Not only was it beautiful but the entertaining space indoors and outdoors was amazing. Our host also went out of his way to send a brand new basketball and pump when I let him know we couldn’t find a pump. Beautifully decorated, great pool and fire pit area. Very accommodating. High recommendation!!

Wonderful House Even Better Location

This property is wonderful for a family gathering. Very spacious for the family to relax and hangout especially the pool is very popular. There’s plenty of place to sleep and every was very comfortable. We enjoyed this property and location very much. We’ll definitely rent this house again if we’re heading down to Florida again!

relaxing and comfortable

We were in town for my son's graduation from IMG and this house was perfectly located close to campus, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We all had comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of space to just be together. The pool was clean and the outdoor area was nicely furnished. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful home.

Exceeded Expectations!

Our stay a few weeks back was absolutely perfect! We celebrated our dad's 75th Birthday and the house completely exceeded our expectations. Our small family was more than comfortable with the spacious living, dining area and bedrooms. The weather was cool so we didn't get much pool time (it is soooooo pretty!!) but since the location is so perfect we visited the Ringling Museum, walked the white sandy beach(s), explored Anna Maria and local shops/eateries. The host is more than receptive to any questions you might have. The property is really what it shows and to be honest it is even better in person! The house is located in a great place for airport pickup/driving distance and yet is tucked away in a quite, calm neighborhood where you dream about living. We enjoyed our stay so very much and do hope to return in the future!! :)

Great house

Lovely escape...

Super clean, very spacious and well-appointed home with lots of room and beds. The pool was fantastic, WIFI was great. We were visiting with local family in Bradenton, but very convenient in a beautiful, safe neighbourhood. Would totally consider a return visit.

Great house!

We rented the house for a girls’ trip. Worked out great for the 10 of us. Lots of space to spread out. Spent lots of time in the pool area and kitchen. Close to different beach areas that we went to check out. Was a great space.
