First time VRBO
The house was in a great location to the IMG Academy which was where my focus was. The inside of the house was clean, decorated nicely and had everything I needed. The outside was a different story- my dog kept getting into briars in the backyard, then bringing them inside. I spent all week picking briars off of her, the couch, blankets, etc. The pool was not clean like I keep mine and the scooper net had giant holes in it so it didn’t do a great job, there were bees nests in the fence and my dog got stung several times. I had to take care of 2 nests myself just to prevent us from getting stung more. The backyard didn’t have great grass, but more prickly stuff instead. The person that takes care of the pool throws the dip sticks from checking the chemicals in the pool along the property grounds. Not just 1 or 2, but probably 30 if I were to collect them. A rug coming in from outside might have been handy. The outside grounds themselves were not as clean as I keep my house- canvas bags with some type of powder laying on the ground and over by the pool pump were cardboard boxes with junk inside them (again pool person stuff). Overall I WOULD RECOMMEND this VRBO. I think the price of the place should have been 300-500 less than what I paid but it was convenient for what I needed it for.
