We have stayed in this area for years and The Sunset Retreat is one of our favorites. Always clean and well prepared. All of the beach equipment you might need and bikes to boot! Had a perfect stay as usual.

Lovely stay in Bradenton!

We loved our time at this property. Beautiful view overlooking the water which was lovely to sit out and enjoy the weather. The condo was very well equipped and perfect layout for our family. Large TVs were a bonus! And the amenities at the pool were fantastic. Will definitely be back!

Everything we needed and more!

This property is exceptional—every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The linens are luxurious, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The furniture is stylish, and the entire place is impeccably clean. Beach towels and all the essentials for a beach day are provided. Plus, it’s just a quick 2-minute drive to the beach. The location is ideal with stunning sunset views. This place truly embodies a dream vacation spot and is a must-stay.

A Week in Paradise

The days were wonderful; the sunsets were beautiful; the weather was phenomenal; and our family time together was irreplaceable! The condo was clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary silverware, china, glasses, etc. My family and I had a marvelous time! We plan to return next year.

Reviewer Comments: From the reservation, to getting our keys for the appartment to checking out, we experienced an A+ service with Island Vacation Properties. They were professionnal, always answering in a timely manner and very helpful. The condo was spotless, the amenities were perfect for a family with kids (pool, water games, picnic tables, etc) and it was a really safe place to stay (gate to get in). Would stay there again 100%!

It had everything we needed, and was located close enough to the beach and AMI activities that we were able to do everything we had planned without issue. The condo development is very quiet, but has a great pool and is easy to get in and out of, just minutes from AMI/Bradenton Beach. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, and the entire condo in almost new condition.

The only down sides we can think of were the sand mosquito’s that ate us alive on the patio and we had difficulty with key fobs working. Other than that, everything was AMAZING! Next time we know to get bug spray right away lol. Thank you for providing such a great place and having wonderful staff!

Beautiful Condo + Excellent Location

This property exceeded our expectations! We stayed here with four adults and two children (under 10 years of age). The condo and overall property was very clean. The layout was perfect for the six of us. Everything was very updated and modern. The pool area was fantastic with a nice sitting area and clean bathrooms. The location was amazing. Every morning we were able to watch dolphins feeding while we sat on the back patio. In the evenings we watched amazing sunsets. It's within walking distance to Floridays restaurant and a short drive to the restaurants, shopping, and beaches on Anna Maria Island. I would highly recommend this location for your vacation!

Amazing Vacation Rental

This property was perfect for me, my husband and our 3 teenage children. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with any kitchen item you could possibly need. The view of Anna Maria sound was incredible. Some evenings were spent out on the screened in porch, when there was a nice breeze. The resort itself was great, with a nice pool and splash pad area. The unit was also well equipped with lots of beach equipment like chairs, umbrellas etc. There were also 2 bikes that we enjoyed using. I would highly recommend this place!!

My husband developed appendicitis/ needed surgery/ and was restricted from flying for an additional week. Realty staff was soooo helpful in working with me to find continued lodging in another condo in the complex.. I so very appreciate their help. Will only rent from Island Vacation properties on future trips

The only draw back was the smell from the bay/swamp areas outside of the porch area. We could barely use the porch due to the sulfur smell. We realize that is nothing that can be controlled by the renter. Gorgeous unit!
