Fabulous stay for families

"Overall beautiful location and hotel. But .... Staff needs to upgrade their hospitality. Bathroom looks clean, but once you look closer can see that has been wiped off with wet towel and that's it. 4* hotel but in superior room the mattress of sofa bed was horrible. Really in 4* hotel??? They say ..."

"The room had two double beds and a double sofa bed, but it felt too small even for four people. "Overall we were very satisfied with the location and cleanliness of the apartment. What is insufficient is the equipment of the kitchen. There were hardly any kitchen utensils available.
