There was a glitch which normally would cause me to ratchet down my rating by a star or so. However, the manager was so responsive, I kept this at a 5. (We liked the place, have stayed here before and would stay here, again.)We arrived around 5:00pm and found the unit had not been cleaned, meaning beds still had sheets from last client and towels were on the floor. (The place has been kept clean enought that nothing else was really problematic.) Within an hour, the manager had cleaners to the property and it had new sheets and towels within 2 hours and the managers issued us a discount. I realize that IF we had arrived at 11:00pm, this outcome. That's why I almost rated this lower. However, "what ifs" only hypothetical and in all reality, this glitch did not affect our stay at all. Great location, nice view, 2 king beds. Met our needs perfectly. Again, the managers responsive easily made up for the glitch.
