• Proof of watercraft liability insurance is required for boat slip use.
• Starter supplies of toiletries, paper products, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Bath towels are provided; please bring separate towels for pool and lake use.
• Exterior Ring cameras monitor entrances only. There are no cameras inside the home.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
