Family Fun

Plenty of room for a family fun vacay with 9 people ages 6-76. Spacious, clean, great location with ease of getting to SDC, Sight and Sound and 76 BLVD. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls and coffee cups, utensils, knives and basic cookware. What it lacked was microwave bowls for cooking other than cereal bowls. The skillets are “non-stick” that food sticks to seriously. Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and washcloths.The property sits right at the waters edge on a slope with a fence for protection from falls. Just wished there was a privacy fence between houses as they are very close together. The back patio and deck overlooks the river and makes for beautiful mornings and peaceful sunsets. The Bald Eagle family across the river added to the experience. Bring binoculars.

This property was perfect! Everything was new, fresh and clean! The beds were very comfortable. It has a patio upstairs and downstairs both. They both overlook the Taneycomo lake. We did not use the hot tub but it was ready for use. The house has 1 bedroom down stairs and 4 upstairs. All with their own bathroom Location was good.Semi seclude but till close to everything. It was opposite side of the river from the landing. Very peaceful. Host was very attentative with text messages checking if we needed anything. We would stay here again.

Great use of space. Updated amenities. Classic decor. Amazing beds and bedding. King beds in all 5 rooms. Fireplace. TVs everywhere. Spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The property was very will located in relation to Branson Proper as well as Kenakuk Camp. The hourse was very accommodating, rooms were spacious and well furnished, and the kitchen met our needs very nicely. Branson had a lot to offer!

Sibling reunion

The location and layout of this property was great. The view off of the two decks, lower and upper, was totally relaxing. The five bedrooms all had king beds and ensuite bathrooms, with an extra bathroom upstairs and a half bath down.

4th of July family trip

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!! The staff kept in contestant contact with me our whole trip to ensure we were enjoying our stay. 13 people stayed comfortably in this beautiful house. We enjoyed coffee on the patio watching the Eagles soar over Lake Taneycomo. We had all the amenities we needed. Check in and out for our stay was a breeze. We absolutely will stay here again! Thank you for a great place to stay!

Siblings Get Together

Everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend this to everyone. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Extremely comfortable and laid out perfectly. Sitting on the patio looking over the lake was wonderful. We traveled with 3 other older couples and everyone agreed this place worked great. (And you know how hard it is sometimes to get a lot of older people to agree.) Definitely will be back again next year. Having on suite bathrooms and king beds in all the bedrooms was wonderful. The only small thing I would recommend to the owners is better signs on the roads to get to the place. The entrance to the complex off Lakeshore road is a little confusing and then finding the precise house also a little confusing. Once you do it once it’s just fine. The parking is great especially if you have a lot of cars coming with guests. Definitely giving it a 5++ star rating!!

Great Place but a little misleading

Our family stayed at this property and overall it was fantastic and met most of our needs. The only real negative I have about the property is the lack of access to the lake and dock that sits between the property and the lake. I rented this property based on the info in the website that "implied" the dock was part of the property. That is not the case, it is private. Being on the lake without direct access or the abililty to rent a boat slip is a significant issue and defeats the purpose of being on the lake. Again the property itself is great but the lack of lake access marks it down to 4.0 - 4.5 stars in my opinion.

Beautiful property

Luxurious waterfront stay in a new development directly on Taneycomo Lake. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need from 5 comfortable, en suite king bedrooms to a well stocked kitchen (minus the food). Our only regret is that we were only there for a short weekend!

Wonderful house with an amazing view!

This house exceeded our expectations. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, the beds and sheets were very comfortable, and there was plenty of seating. We loved sitting out on the back porch and hanging out in the private hot tub with a beautiful view of the lake. This property is close to dining and shopping but feels like you’re in a quiet, private location. It was nice to come back and relax after a busy day. It was a gem of a find. We will definitely be coming back!
