Our group of girls had a wonderful stay here! It was a perfect spot for us to eat, sleep, play games and watch movies together. And it was perfectly located close to everything in Branson. We would recommend this for any group or family visiting Branson!

Excellent experience. Great location; near the fun stuff, but very quiet. Kids loved the play / TV room. Comfortable beds. Lots of space. Stayed four nights. Thumbs up.

The house is beautiful and worked very well for us. However we did have a few issues that they dealt with for us. A couple of outlets in the kitchen weren't working, lights flickering, bulbs needed changing, and they fixed all of that. The front porch light shined into the front bedroom at night and we were not allowed to turn it off so it hindered sleeping. By the 3rd night maintenance helped us turn it off. Some of the comforters in the bedrooms were spotted really bad. Probably not dirty but very stained. There are no lamps in the bedrooms to help if you have to go to the bathroom at night. Needs curtains in the kitchen to keep the sun from blinding you in the morning. One of our friends is a professional chef and cooked for us,but many of the pots and pans were really burnt on the bottom and hard to use.The main issue was the hot tub. The first time we used it, it worked then when we got out it went crazy and sprayed all of the water out of the tub! It was late and we were in a panic! The next day maintenance came and helped with that, but after the next night half of the jets just didn't work. Disappointing as we were all looking forward to enjoying the hot tub. All of that said, we did have a wonderful weekend and enjoyed our stay! Can't say 5 star, but close.

What a great home. We were so happy with our stay. Our family of 10 (all adults) were very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bedroom which was perfect. The location is absolutely perfect. You can get anywhere easily. It was very clean. Beds are comfy. Communication was excellent. We will stay here again and I would recommend it to everyone.

Perfect Location

The house is located close to everything. No sitting in traffic. The large bar and dining room were perfect for our family of 10. The beds are comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Of course the game room was a big hit for our teenagers.

Parents 50th Anniversary

The house was amazing. Everything as described, and the location was a short drive to so many things. It was perfect for our family trip of 8 people. All 3 couples and the 2 teens had their own rooms and bathrooms, which was perfect. We loved the big pantry style cabinet next to the fridge. It held all our snacks. My teenager loved the puzzles and tried to finish one in the week we were there. The hot tub was clean, and even though it was hot outside, it felt amazing after a long day. The back deck made the perfect spot for my parents' vow renewal. We did have issues with water pressure in a couple of showers and an outlet not working. They were very quick to respond and send someone within 2 hours to fix both.

perfect for a friend trip!

we had 16 of us come in july for a friend trip and the house worked great! good size, nice bathrooms, clean and updated. i will say our only complaint was the water pressure, but that could have just been a one off thing. other than that, our stay was amazing and i’d totally recommend the place to others.

Great stay for family

This was a great house for our family with older and grown children. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. And the garage game room was a go-to every night after we got back from our activities.

Great Place to sleep

The location and the house was a 5 star experience but the reason for the 4 star was the accommodations, unfortunately it was not handicap accessible and there was no hand rail going inside the front door and the hand rail for going downstairs was very loose. It was hard to relax as there was no place to sit and put your feet up. The bean bag chairs were a hit with the younger crowd but it was hard for us as older adults to sit on them.The water pressure was very low as well from the hard water. It truly was a great place to sleep and we loved the game room.I would come here again but would not stay here with my elderly parents.

Quick family reunion

This property was one of the best I have stayed in. The listing was spot on. The property managers were very communicative and helpful. This home was perfect for all the age ranges and had plenty of room for everyone. Location of the house is ideal. In the quiet of the country but only a 3 minute drive into town. The neighbors and not right on top of you. The game room was entertaining for the adults, teens, and kids. The view in the morning on the patio during coffee was very enjoyable and we saw plenty of wildlife creatures from deer, turkey, birds, and a raccoon. The beds were amazingly comfortable and all in my party commented how comfy they were. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and would stay here again.

This home needs attention!!!

The check in process is super easy and I very much loved not having to check in anywhere in person. Upon arrival the house seems as is from booking. However there are some major issues... the heat does not work in the garage. The room was far too cold to really be able to enjoy the amenities in there. 3 of the 4 barstools were so wobbly I was afraid they were going to fall apart. The dryer door to the downstairs dryer is missing the latch so the door can not stay closed. Hot tub cover has missing latches. For as much money as we spent for 1 night im really disappointed in the furniture and beds. You can tell everything is very cheap furniture and nothing is comfortable. The couches are cheap futons not comfortable to sit on. Bare minimum for expensive price. The railing at the top of steps and the hand rail for steps are extremely loose and unsafe. The tape on the steps is pulling up causing a trip hazard for anyone coming up or down. I did like that there were plenty of towls for showers and hot tub use. I will not book again, for nearly 1200 a night I do not feel it was worth it. Very sad bc the house itself is beautiful with a great floor plan.
