The places was great for our family. Living room tv didn’t work. The places was not picked up by the last guest and had awful smell in the upstairs room. If there 6 people staying in a cabin for 4 days there should be more linens in the bathroom and kitchen so we did not have to do a load every night. Who wants to drive to another location to get towels. Also the pool access was hard to get to you had to climb a hill there was no good walk way for my disable mother. Also there were no pool towels like was instructed to get . My disabled mother couldn’t take a bath or shower downstairs without a two person assist because of the glass door on the shower. I like the area but would want a different cabin. I will remember to bring towels for the bathrooms and kitchen if I stay again.

This is a beautiful property, and I would highly recommend it if management will do the following. Double check to make sure it's clean and the sheets are changed because our sheets weren't changed.Make sure all trash is picked up underneath the bed and around the night stands.There is an ant problem in the kitchen that we could not get under control during our stay. Also for management information, there are some kind of bugs or beetles eating at the outside furniture on the front porch. Other than these things, our stay was wonderful. Sincerely, Lori

Family Vacation

The cabin was good. We had an ant problem in the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom sink didn't drain. Call the office and they came and fixed the sink, not sure if they did anything about the ants as we had them around the sink our whole stay. The shower door in the downstairs bathroom leak unless you put a towel in the corner. We like the location as it was an easy drive to all our activities.

Vacation with grandchildren

We absolutely loved the location of this property. We were close to all the main attractions and restaurants. Only had to contact property manager about linens for sleeper sofa and they responded immediately and resolved my problem. There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable in this property. My only suggestion to the property manager would be to add a small lamp in the kitchen. If you turn on the overhead lights in the kitchen at night it lights up the loft area above. We temporarily moved one of the lamps from the living area and placed on top of the fridge to have light in the kitchen at night that didn’t interfere with the loft sleepers I would definitely stay in this property again!

Needs some updating

Cabin on surface was very nice looking but for the price I thought there would be more attention to detail. Bathtub was messed up and consistently ran out if hot water. Absolutely not enough towels and washcloths even with us buying washing powder and washing everyday until we had to buy more. The crack under the Backdoor might not have normally been a problem but since it was 30 degrees for most of our 10 day trip it constantly was cold in the dinning room. But one of the worst things was the extremely hard bed in the master room. There was not a chest of drawers to unpack clothes and put away. I’ve stayed in these cabins many times and have loved them just won’t stay in this one ever again. Also we were told we could not bring out small dog yet dogs were seen on premises. Also if shower downstairs was used you had great difficulties trying to shut it off.

Dated, Dirty and poor service

From the time of checkin was told that they were bringing a vaccum. Did not and the berber carpet floors were stained, sticky and dusty. The decorations are dated plastic florals covered in dust. Communication was poor and finally able to get a small percentage refund. Had a baby and family in from out of state and kind of embarrasing to stay there..

Great location great cabin and plenty of room for 3 adults of 5 children. Everything was great. Only thing negative was the parking 2 slots in front of duplex cabins each cabin had 2 vehicles and we would have to park on side of the road. Must of the cabins had 3 or 4 slots.

Parking Issues need to be Addressed ASAP

Each cabin has parking spaces in front of it, however, parking is on a first-come first-served basis. There are no signs indicating this, but the clubhouse and instructions in book inside each cabin indicate this. Twice during our two-night stay, we were threatened by another guest in another cabin. They yelled at us while we sat in the screened in porch that they were going to “mess up” our vehicle if we didn’t move from “their” space. They blocked in our car, and then proceeded to threaten to shoot us if we touched their car that was blocking us while we moved ours (by backing into the yard and over the curb). I called the clubhouse and all they could say is that they’re sorry this happened to us. They said they’d talk to the property manager. All of this could be alleviated by signage and, of course, additional parking spots (which the property has ample space for). We’ve never had an experience like this. We’ll never stay here again. We spent a hefty amount of money for a two night stay only to be threatened each evening by an uninformed guest.

Three Enjoyable Days

A very nice 3-day visit to Branson made today much nicer by staying at one of the Thousand Hills “homes”. We stayed in a very nice, comfortable and clean townhouse very close to everything—restaurants, shows, shopping—but away from it all at the same time because of the townhome location. Highly recommend staying there—we’re hoping to do so again one day in the future.

Branson Family Vacation

The cabin was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was equiped with most things we needed. It was very close to the strip which made it nice. The only downfall was the wi-fi. It was hard to get service after 8:00 am. We all had a great time in Branson!

Black Bear Cabin

Our stay was fine. Nothing to report that needed immediate attention. The one thing I noticed is that the cabin could use some furniture/decor updates. The chairs on the screened in porch were stained/worn out looking, and the artificial plants decor in the cabin, could use replacements-looked outdated.
