Check in and kitchen facilities were great. The toilet seat was loose, and the furniture needed attention. The springs were hanging below that brown chair, the gray chair had a loose arm, and those metal chairs in the kitchen were trendy, but uncomfortable to sit in very long. The bed was great!We never could get the local tv channels. Written instructions would be helpful. Called the property manager and what she told me to do didn't work. We loved the location and would stay there again.

Check in -filne, when we got to the condo it had a bad smell, and there was noise above us all the trip, but come Monday morning at 130am my husband found a bed beg crawling on his pillows. So he got up and raised it down the sink on accident. But then we started looking in the bed and under the bed and we found a egg from a bug bed under the sham . So we packed up at 2am to leave to go home, and only they ate giving me only 100. Really i should get a full refund because of this big mess and miss up my vacation. So i will never stay there again. So i give you all a 0/10. Tracy August 2 through 5.

I wish I could rate this higher

I am not a picky person and do not ask for much in a rental condo. But this one was a disappointment. On the positive side the unit was clean and cozy and the bed was comfortable. It was also relatively easy to communicate with the owners. On the negative side the furniture in the living room and kitchen was cheap and uncomfortable. The love seat (fold out bed) cushions sag into the middle and there is no coffee table or side tables to set anything on. The kitchen table chairs are very small metal chairs that you wouldn't want to sit on for more than 10 minutes at a time. There are two other chairs in the living area but both are cheap and not comfortable and one arm on one of the chairs pulled away from the chair when you sat on it. So the only place to be comfortable in this condo was when asleep at night. The other issue is that the people who live upstairs sound like they are running a marathon every night in their condo. You can hear running every night from 5-10 pm. I realize that this is not the owner's fault but it is annoying. Due to the uncomfortable furniture and noise from upstairs I would not stay in this condo again. The owners need to invest 1500 into some better quality furniture for the unit.

Birthday get away

The apartment was in a good location & was clean, our stay was great except for the very noisy neighbors upstairs.

Nice place to stay

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was a little farther off of the main strip than I thought it would be but still convenient. Only negative for me was no over head lighting so wasn’t easy to see by just lamp light and no place to sit a drink while watching tv. We wound up bringing a chair from kitchen to put drinks on to keep from putting them on the floor.
