This is one of the nicest stays we have ever had in Branson, and we visit several times a year. It was beautiful, clean and the ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful. Amazing! We will be back!

Great stay! The only hiccups were there was no iron and ironing board and the view from the balcony was just a huge tree, like literally the tree branches were almost on the balcony.

Very roomy. Clean and ready for us. Really no complaints. If I had to give a negative, I couldn't get coffee pot to work, but they thanked me for letting them know as I checked out. Maybe previous guests either didn't try it or didn't report it. Would stay there again.

The property is located near many attractions but offers a quiet, private place to stay. Great staff at check in The property is aging and towels are thin. We were looking for a place to return to each year but I think we'll keep looking.

Clean room by a little dated, it was 98⁰ out and the a/c only kept it 79⁰ during the day. At night it took forever to cool down enough to sleep comfortably.

Did not realize check in was at another property. Wasn't difficult to get to, just inconvenient. Hostess was very polite and friendly. Loved the seclusion from the busy strip, but also very close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Floors were very dirty. Had to call for maintenance for the bath tub, requested a different coffee pot as the one we had leaked through the machine itself, but it never came. I would not stay again. The one good thing was its location.

The price was excellent for what we needed. There were really only 2 negatives. There was a slight chemical smell that bothered me, which I know was just from the cleaning products, and the mattress was terrible. If you want a clean, cheap place to stay for a night or 2, this is perfect. If you are looking for a great night's sleep, try somewhere else.

The two things I didn’t like were it was cold in our condo and we couldn’t control the climate. Also, they need to take of the drains since the bathtub didn’t drain very well.
