This property is very nice and we generally enjoyed our stay. However, one upstairs bed was missing center supports so when you laid in the bed, you rolled to the center. A downstairs bed fell off of its attachment to its headboard when my elderly mother say on the side of the bed. To their credit, the management quickly corrected the issue with both beds, but it would have been nice to receive some sort of discount for the state of disrepair. As I was leaving, I wanted to inquire about availability for a future date to stay and I was told that no one on the premises could look at future availability and I had to call a booking service. This was odd to me as the best time to capture future revenue for the property is when the guest is checking out. I am much less likely to go to extra trouble to call in for booking than I would have been to just book onsite before leaving.

I work on the road but my family lives near Branson so I booked here for Christmas. It was everything I expected an a lil more. The view tho. My fams loved it, and we be coming back.

Beautiful condos with Elevator inside that was a lifesaver for the 91yr old we brought along. It was Great! She loved the ability to go up and down at her leisure.

Access and parking very convenient. A few amenities were not open or available. Entrances to individual units somewhat acquard and stairs were non conventional.

Very colorful with nice pool and entertainment facility. Bedrooms spacious, clean and very comfortable. Baths too. Main living area cramped. Sofa, love seat and chair very soiled with stains and spots.

Me and my husband have stayed here once before. The rooms and the property are very nice. The staff was friendly. We only had a few problems during our stay. The internet did not work in our room we called the front desk, they sent someone to us. He fixed it for that day the next day it stopped working again. In the condo next to us there was a big group and had maybe 3 kids they were extremely loud the kids were jumping and stomping inside and outside on the porch. I have two kids so I know it’s tough to keep them entertained but the people below us were yelling at my husband and it wasn’t our kids making the noise! The beds are very hard and flat. Other than that our stay was good.

The resort was very nice however, there we issues that weren’t addressed. We didn’t realize we didn’t have a stand alone unit. There were people under us and maintenance taking place in that unit that was obnoxious. There was possibly a shared door that was locked (couldn't figure it out) and the room below us was smoking and the smoke smell would come through the door. It also seemed like they were in our room. We had issues with the washer and dryer. The kitchen could use a few more basic items like a blender and mixer. At one point on the balcony bleach dripped on my daughter and discolored her clothes. We still aren’t sure where it came from. The movie theater and game room was nice. Wish it would be easier to reserve. The front desk was notified about all of the items above but there wasn’t much they could do.

Nice resort, poor room location and bed
The resort is very nice, but we had a couple things during our stay we did not care for: 1. The bed is very uncomfortable and I was expecting a lot better for the price we paid. 2: We called five days early to ask for a one bedroom condo on the upper unit and was told they cannot make accommodations for non owners and of course we got a lower level unit where the view was basically completely blocked by the condo directly in front of us. There are also a lot of stairs to go down to get to the room as there is no elevator. Probably would not stay here again.

Beautiful property, friendly staff. You can tell our unit hadn’t been used in awhile, lots of bugs, spiders etc. also had the mildew smell that just got worse. Neither shower door sealed & the one shower head needed replaced. Definitely needs new mattresses! We were at the very back so assuming those units are held for booking partners, so maybe the other units wouldn’t be so bad? Lots of people there on timeshare tours. Wrong address on the Expedia booking so made a 1am arrival difficult, took us to a tour building up the hill.

Thank you for the feedback. So glad that you were able to find us with bad directions. Other than the mattresses I have not heard of issues such as these so I will definitely have our staff look into this.

Interior of units are very clean and nicely furnished. Large space for our family gathering was nice. The exterior of the units could use some up keep. Porch railings appeared in poor maintenance and needed attention. Elevator in unit was not operational. The closet to the roof access ladder should be kept locked. It is not a very safe thing to have accessible to anyone. Especially children.

Privacy was great, and spacious for us. However, I will request a unit on the top level next time. This would be perfect is they had lake access and/or a marina with a swimming area. We enjoyed our stay! LOVED the activity center!! Huge bonus for family time.

Bottom floor noise and stairs!! No view!!
We were put in a bottom unit that had 37 steep stairs going down and then a long walk to the door. The front desk person was very kind but I haven’t got a refund yet. Whenever they built these beautiful condos they did not think about putting things between the floors to silence people that are above you. The noise level was terrible and then their dog ran outside growling at me and my husband had to get between me and the dog to keep the dog from attacking me! I would not stay there ever again it doesn’t matter how pretty the pictures are it’s not worth the trouble! oh yeah the view you can’t see table rock lake. All you see are the two roofs in front of the room! All you see are the two roofs in front of the room! Sad and absolutely misrepresented.

I am sorry that you didn't like the unit you booked. The unit says resort view and I am sorry you expected a view of something else. We appreciate the feedback. I will also speak to the person who was to give you a refund.

Good overall
Condo was clean and spacious. We had a two bedroom with balcony. There’s no elevators though so take note of that. Also the beds were so hard so that’s another thing to think about. They also have free games to play and an awesome rooftop seating area with beautiful views. I would stay again

Beware if your not able to pack your luggage up and down 30 to 40 steps you should find somewhere else. It’s very good place other than that. There is no concern for Handicap Accessible.

Weekend away
Clean and very nice the only issue we had was it was a bit hard to find. And the room said that it had a DVD player in it and it didn't. But in all fairness i never called the office to see if they had one. We would stay again anytime.

Comfortable and very clean
The rooms were amazing and we had everything we needed to cook breakfast in the room before heading out for the day. The rooms were super bright and super clean! I don't think I've ever stayed in a room that I felt was so clean. Big bathroom with a great shower. I will certainly try to stay here again.

I loved being on a family vacation where we could all be together but could go to our separate rooms for privacy. It was a beautiful resort and the price was cheaper than renting 3 rooms in a normal hotel.

This is a great property that’s close enough to the strip so it’s convenient but far enough that’s quiet. We had always stayed in hotels on the strip but after staying here I think that’s a thing of the past.

We stayed 6 days in a 3br/3.5bath. Beautiful condo that was well equipped with all the necessities. In my first impression review i stated the beds were hard and immediately was contacted by Nantucket staff about the issue. By the time we made it back to the condo for the day, mattress toppers had been applied to all beds which helped with comfort immensely! There is only one small pool but i believe they are in the process of adding another in front of the club house. Overall it was an AMAZING vacation and would highly recommend!

Cute Resort with Nantucket Charm
Pros Staff was very friendly at check-in and gave us all information we needed for our stay. Initially concerned as this is listed a time share, but did not feel pressured at all through our stay. Rooms were well appointed and views were beautiful. Onsite bar and grill available on rooftop terrace. Convenient location. Pool being constructed should meet needs of property (see con below). Cons Pool. Current one is very small and always crowded. (see pro above) We were on a lower level unit and could hear every footstep/movement from the floor above.

Nice clean place just lots of stairs
It was a very nice place! The only problem we had was the 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. It was not convenient at all with kids and luggage!
