Very comfortable and clean condo! We had a great stay and would highly recommend this condo as an excellent choice when staying in Branson!

This spacious condo was a hit with our family. There was plenty of room for our whole group. Our teenagers especially enjoyed the pickleball, indoor pool, and gym. It was a pretty location, and conveniently located to many attractions in Branson. The only suggestion would be to provide hand soap and body wash; those things are normally provided at other vacation rentals, and we had to go out and purchase them. The condo was very clean, but the enclosed porches were dusty. We would stay here again if we were in Branson.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean, conviently located, and beautiful. The kids could walk to the pool, basketball court and gym. Highly recommend it!

Very clean, comfortable, and convenient stay for our annual trek to Branson. We really enjoyed the screened-in patios, sitting outside enjoying the rain as we sipped wine while our little ones played. The free tickets to the Hughes Brothers show was an appreciated bonus! Our three-year old loved it!

We enjoyed the stay and the location was good. Loved the pool and walking the property. My only conplaints would be the condo floors were dirty our feet were black when walking without socks on. And the washing machine soap drawer had a nasty wet odor that lingered after opening. Otherwise the condo was great. Just needs some extra detail when cleaning.

The property management team was on top of everything, with this reservation. They reached out with all the info we could need to get to and in the condo. The condo was clean and in a lovely neighborhood. It is a very convenient drive to any of the locations around Branson, that you may want to visit.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. It was a wonderful place to stay with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds to sleep in. It was within walking distance to the pool and it was located in a quiet gated community. We have stayed in Pointe Royale the last 5 times we have been in Branson but this was the first time staying in this unit. We will definitely be coming back to stay here the next time we visit. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful condo that had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable. Wonderful stay with our teens.

The condo was spacious. However, when we arrived, the down stairs (where the bedrooms are) had a terrible smell. After investigating, the smell was due to mold. There is visible mold in one of the downstairs bathrooms. At night, you can hear people walking above you as the walls/ceiling are paper thin. Overall, if the smell/mold was not there, it was an okay place to stay. The parking is not great as there is little to no parking with tiny parking spaces. The golf course & pool area was great. Unfortunately, with the terrible smell due to the mold, I would not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The stairs in the condo to both of the bedrooms were a bit hard to get up and down especially with bags. Parking was cramped and tight and pool rules were a lot. I realize that most of the property in the area is private homes and need to have rules for their own protection. Overall, it was a good stay, clean and efficient. Beautiful scenery and very quiet and restful was just what we needed in our getaway

Screened in decks were both dirty—needed power washed. Both bedrooms on lower level had no exhaust fans for bathrooms. Moisture and humidity never left the rooms after showering. Indoor air quality has to be better than this. Checked filter on HVAC and it did not even fit the slot. Just signs of lazy management and these things were easy fixes.

We loved this place. It was very clean. Had comfortable beds. I really appreciated the extra fans they provided in the closet. The only issue we had was thw wayer got cold agter 5 minutes in the shower.

Everything about the condo was exactly as the pictures showed and the write up stated. Very nice place and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was with who was staying above us. They had little kids (and we have too), but they ran and jumped around all the time. Early morning and late at night. It made hanging out in the living room and visiting or just watching TV annoying. I don't know if these were guest or if they owned and lived there. I did contact the property manager to address this and if it is a VRBO, then those property owners do need to stress the importance of quiet hours or just being courteous to those below.

This was a great property and we will definitely try to stay here again! Everything was clean and the layout of the condo was great. We only used the upper screened porch but enjoyed the view. We have stayed at a lot of properties in Branson and this is at the top of our list!

We always try to stay at Pointe Royale while in Branson. With it being a gated community you feel safer. We loved this condo. It was very clean and had plenty of bath towels for our stay without having to wash. Will definitely stay here again
