This house is great for large groups! Two each of all appliances. The kitchen had plenty tableware, pots and pans. The pool room was nice and our group had fun using the gym. Bedrooms are a good size and work well for the couples with children. The location and free tickets to shows were great for enjoying all things Branson!

Our whole group enjoyed this house so much. It was a really nice place to hang out for a family reunion with multiple children of various ages. The pool with pool toys, basketball court with a ton of balls, the arcade games, shuffleboard, pool table, air hockey, etc ensured no one was ever bored! The host did a great job answering questions and being available if we needed them. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

This house checked every box we needed! We traveled with 30 people. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was very convenient. The house had so many different places for people to gather that we never felt like we were on top of eachother. The deck is amazing - shaded, spacious and relaxing! Communication before checking in was so convenient. We were able to text any questions/concerns and received answers very quickly. Highly recommend this house. We all agreed that we will be back!

Our very large family had the best family reunion ever at this home! There was enough space for everyone to play together and have a quiet space as well. The balcony is gorgeous and overlooks the lake with stunning views. Zero complaints and everything was great! Thank you so much for having us and we will be back!

Best family and friends getaway

We stayed at this house with our four sons and four of their friends. It was a PERFECT all ages getaway. So much to do and close to all the amenities in Branson. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a crowd. Would 10/10 rent again!

Wonderful home for a large group

We had our family reunion at this house and everyone couldn't be more pleased with the accommodations and location. Old and upping alike we're happy, entertained and comfortable. The management team were very communicative. We can't wait to come back.

Stayed here 3 yrs ago & loved it for our 50th class reunion. Lots of room for everyone. Not many places have 12 bedrooms. One of the biggest decks on the back to hold everyone. Great communication with renters & always there if we have any questions.

The house was fantastic! With over thirty people staying in the house we all had plenty of space to spread out and come together as a family. The few maintenance issues that arise were dealt with right away by the company. Definitely a fantastic place to make memories!

Amazing stay, didn’t want to leave!

We booked this home for a family reunion. The property had something for everyone. There was plenty of space and we loved that each room had their own bathroom. Whoever designed this home put a lot of thought into it and our stay there was exactly as promised. Wonderful stay!

Great property except for the fact that the indoor heated pool's heater had been unplugged and never properly heated during our entire stay (was too cold to use & enjoy).
