Stayed here for daughter’s dance competition nearby in Branson. Great location, great amenities, great property. Our family had a fantastic time with plenty of room to stretch out and have privacy, but also come together for activities. Would stay here again.

Perfect way to start the holiday season.

Everything about this property was absolutely wonderful! We were able to check in a little early because storms were expected in the area. We arrived to find a perfectly furnished, clean and cozy home. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with utensils, pans, cups, and plenty of plates. In short time, the kids started referring to the rental as “our Branson house.” I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great Family Stay

Property gave us plenty of space for our entire family. After arriving on the first day, the upstairs water heater went out. The owner Andrew was extremely responsive and helpful to correct the issue. After initially contacting him, a crew was there within 30 minutes and fixed the issue quickly. The rest of the week went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend staying here.

Was expecting more..

After looking endlessly for rental properties for my family, we chose this one based on the reviews and pictures. While the location was great, and the house met our needs, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the house as well as the communication with the host. We checked in around 4:30 and the house had styrofoam and fake pine needles everywhere. There was dog hair on the coffee table, the dining table hadn’t been wiped off, and the baseboards were covered in dust. There was also a large amount of dust under every bed in every room. I also found hairs on two bath towels that were hanging up in the bathrooms. I reached out to the host to let them know, and they stated that it was supposed to be cleaned after they took Christmas decor down and it wasn’t. They offered to bring a cleaning crew out the next day, but since we were there with our small children, we declined. Other than that, I did not hear from the host throughout the week we were staying there. The only contact I received was when I reached out the day we checked in, and when I told them we checked out. We were there for 7 nights. Our family had fun, but I would most likely not stay at this house again.

So much bigger than it looks. Plenty of bedrooms and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Most comfortable multifamily getaway ever. Thank you for a great Christmas experience!

Great Place & Close to SDC & More

Nice, large place to stay. Plenty of room for our 3 families with kids … actually had room for more. Close to Silver Dollar City and many other attractions. Enjoyed our visit and accommodations!

Great get away

My family stayed here and absolutely loved it. Close to everything, house has everything we needed. Great for multiple families. We celebrated my parents 50th Anniversary with kids, spouses, grandkids- it was the perfect spot. Nice areas for everyone to sit and visit but also room to stretch out and have some quite time. Loved it, will definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation with my 3 children and their families. There were 14 of us and lots of room for everyone. The amenities were great. The location was perfect for site seeing and activities. The 2 pools were wonderful! The owner was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful! Definitely a great choice!

Branson Adventure

Family get together made this the perfect place to stay. Owner thought about just about everything a family would need on vacation. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful view of Table Rock Lake. Convenient location close to everything. Tri-level home with bedrooms and bathrooms on each including two kitchens. Very close to pool and playground. Also good for the mobility challenges since main floor has a king bedroom and ramp to enter home. Host was most grateful and easy to work with. We had 10 adults and 2 children and all slept comfortably.

Multi Family Vacation

We enjoyed our family vacation to Branson and our stay at this house was just what we needed for our multiple families. Our boys loved the games in the house and easy access to the pool. The bunk room was perfect for them! We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings. Once we got our groceries we had everything we needed to cook our meals. The house was in close proximity to all the activities we enjoyed while in Branson. Definitely recommended for family vacations with multiple families.

Great Getaway for the Whole Family

Amazing views and location

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was in a great location and easy to get to attractions. It was fully stocked with kitchen items and even baby items. The view of the lake was gorgeous and we loved the fire pit, hot tub, and community pool. Andrew was a great host! He was quick to respond to our questions before and during our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Super Clean and Great Location

Host was great to work with. Great property with lots of space and great layout. Enjoyed game day in the basement with the super duper big screen. Indoor pool very close and the kiddos LOVED it. Wonderful views. Super convenient to downtown Branson.

Family vacation

We come to Branson every Christmas and trying to house 8 or more people is always tough. This house was exactly what we needed. Everyone had their space to relax and play and we were close to all attractions. Highly recommend.

Family trip

Wonderful stay! We stayed in Hawthorn house for 9 nights with friends and family. The layout was great given we had multiple families, having a master en-suit on main floor and two en-suites with king size beds downstairs with a separate small kitchen give everyone their privacy when needed. The views are great and being across from the indoor pool was convenient. It’s within 20 minutes of pretty much anywhere.…..Big Cedar lodge, Branson Landon, Silver Dollar city and under 10 minutes to the strip. The only thing a House was lacking was a couple dressers in the bedrooms which could’ve made it easier then living out of the suitcase. Fire pit and tot tub were a huge highlight. Andrew was quick to respond if I had any questions. I would definitely stay again!
