This was the perfect size house for our group of 12. The house has a great style and design. Bathrooms in every bedroom was so nice. And king beds for everyone was amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub, the pool and shuffle board tables, and the long dining table was great for all of us to eat together. We also liked having the lake trail right by the house. It really was such a great long Easter weekend. We had an issue with the kitchen sink disposal not working, and it wasn’t able to be fixed while we were there. And one of the king mattresses was sunk in the middle so you rolled toward the center through the night. We loved the view from the top deck but wish we could have seen the lake from the main floor deck - my mother in law couldn’t climb the stairs, so she didn’t get to enjoy that or the fire pit being upstairs. Otherwise, thank you for a great stay!

Outside pools were closed never found the time to go to indoor.Kitchen was well stocked but one coffee maker didn’t work properly, (Think it might have the wrong carafe)In the first bathroom shower handle is lose. The stopper for the kitchen sink was broken. Upstairs sink has low drain. One bathroom had one day bath soap and two only had one roll of toilet paper.

House was very comfortable for our family of 11. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was very convenient. We cooked breakfast every morning and the table was large enough to accommodate us. The s’mores fixings was a good addition, we enjoyed sitting on the deck around the fire eating them. Would recommend this host and home

Family with 12 people ranging from 8-62 had a great time staying at the Roasted Marshmallow. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, pool table and shuffle board. The bunk room is great for kids too. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size and comfortable. Close to everything we needed - Haygoods, Branson Landing, Silver Dollar City, and a great breakfast at Billy Gail’s. Owner was quick to respond to questions and the on-site manager was as friendly as could be. Would not hesitate to stay again!

The Roasted Marshmallow was absolutely charming. The decor and bedrooms were lovely and everything was super clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had great space to spread out and the dining room table was a beautiful wood grain. We appreciated having the pack-n-play and high chair to use. Our grandchildren were in awe of the fireplace and we enjoyed being outside on the deck with the gas fire pit. It was very nice to have a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom. The upstairs pool table & shuffle board were a big hit! We also enjoyed playing at the play areas. The host and staff were amazing and very responsive.

The home is beautiful, great location our family had plenty of room, well stocked kitchen with appliances, also infant feeding chair which was a plus also a pack & play. My family enjoyed the welcome gift, this home is close to just about everything you want to do. We never ran out of hot water with 11 people taking showers everyday. Now the reason for only 3 stars is the following. The floors/area rugs were dirty, carpet going upstairs is dirty, food crumbs in a bunk bed (which grandson didn't tell me till to late),food wrappers in night stand drawer upstairs master suite, nice little coffee bar, to go lids but no to go cups There wasn't any dust that we saw, shelf was broke in bottom cabinet next to refrigerator. I don't believe the cleaning crews are doing their jobs and apparently no one checks. The door handle on shower in first master bath on the right is loose, and someone needs to WD-40 the doors.I would appreciate a partial refund on the cleaning fee since the house was definitely not cleaned.Thank you Linda Gist

Loved our property! The facilities felt like home away from home. Loved the decor, especially the large dining room table. We did puzzles, played games, and enjoyed our meals—room for all 10 of us—siblings and our spouses. Thanks for the welcoming of s’mores fixings. We would stay here again!
