Everything was great! It was the perfect area to stay in proximity to our plans. We went to Top of the Rock for their holiday lights and Silver Dollar City.

Overall, comfortable property. Cleaning staff could pay a little more attention to detail. The floors had not been swept or mopped, there was debris under the love seat, and the sink in the main floor bathroom was clogged with hair. Additionally, the swivel rocker chair in the common area could use a deep clean (showing stains of use)

Fantastic home!!!

The home was PERFECT for our family!! Loved being able to relax and talk on the back deck overlooking the lake and we all also enjoyed playing pinball!! Had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation for ALL of us (ages 12-75). Highly recommend!!!

Branson 2024

The property was just as shown in the pictures. We had 10 total and it was roomy, very well arranged, lots for the kids and adults to do. Also, dog friendly which we needed. We had a wonderful time. The rental group always answered quickly if we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice place but needed some attention

The good: The house was newer and we enjoyed the beautiful views of Table Rock Lake and fireworks from Chateau resort. The location was great being close to the beach, state park and marina for boat access. We loved the hot tub and fire pit out back. It was nice to be located close to the community pool and playground. Tons to do in Branson for kids and entertainment. The bad: Upon arrival the ice maker wasn’t working and the portable ice maker smelled like mold. They did send someone out immediately to remove the portable ice maker but the ice maker on the fridge was never fixed during our stay for 1 week which was frustrating. Some of the kitchen dishes were dirty in the cabinets so we had to clean those. The grill was very dirty and smoking and needed cleaning. The patio loungers need replacing from sun damage and cracking. The community pool was small. The bathroom towel rack came apart but we fixed it. For the price we paid, we should not have had to deal with the above issues.

A very nice place to stay.

This was a very nice newer built home that had all the space we needed. The grownups had a blast on the pinball game trying to beat each others score. We had plenty of room to move around and choose many spots to relax. The only suggestion I do have that could be nice is to have a little bit of cabinet space for food and snacks and a little bit of grass for my pup to relieve herself. All them rocks made her want to hold it for way too long. All in all I would definitely choose this place again and totally recommend.

Great location, beautiful view!

Lots of space, comfortable beds. Had lots of fun on the pinball machine. Pet friendly but there isn't a good 'green space' for the dogs to go potty. It's all rocks. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but the hot tub was a great time for a cold night. Be sure you bring some extra trash bags since they don't provide extra. When cleaning up, the dumpster was literally over flowing. They need to provide outdoor trash cans or more dumpster space.

Wonderful place

We loved the place. It was perfect for our family . We had 6 adults and 3 kids under 10. The kids had a place to play and we adults still had the the main floor. The main floor balcony was cool most of the time even though we had 99° weather.

SunDaze for families

The property is as portrayed in the rental description. Our group of 3 families enjoyed the separation of bedrooms on 3 different floors. The outdoor area with hot tub, fire pit, and games was used every evening. Dog friendly and king size beds are 2 non negotiables for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay!

Such a beautiful home with beautiful views! It was so nice to be able to just walk a short distance to the pool. My kids (ages 7, 5, 2) loved the house because of the games, hot tub, and pool. They did not want to leave!

Poor experience

Would not stay again in a property that is owned by this owner or managed by this property manager. The whole house was woke in early a.m. by alarms that were going off throughout the whole house. Called management # and just went to afterhours voicemail so I called the alarm company # that found on sticker of door and also went to voicemail. We weren't sure if it was carbon monoxide issue or not so everyone spent the early morning hours out in parking lot or sleeping in our cars until we finally received a call back around 8:00 from alarm company that they would be out to fix. They arrived around 8:45 and confirmed it was safe to go back in but alarms were still going off but at least we could shower and get ready to do something. Management company finally called around 9 and didn't offer to send anyone over to make sure the problem was fixed as I apparently was doing their work for them. The alarm people took off apparently thinking they fixed the issue but didn't so had to call them back to resolve. I then asked for a contact persons name and number in the event if they went off again when we got back from our day out. In the meantime I have spoken to or texted 5 different people with management company and they would either call back or text back 2-3 hours after call or text and it was always a different person. We were all tired due to lack of sleep so when we got back we found out the alarms were still going off. Long story short we dealt with the issue from early a.m hours until 9:30 pm that same day. Come to find out it wasn't the security company's issue(They were more than great to us) It was the home alarms not connected to the securty system. which was home owner's issue. Management company or owner offered nothing to make up for terrible experience as I had to be the one to ask what they were going to do to make right. After a few days they offered 1 day refund which doesn't really add up to 1 day refund with all of their other expenses along with 10% off our next stay if we came back(That won't be happening) I can just say that if we knew the experience we were going to have and that they would say "but hey you can get 1 night deducted" I would have said absolutely no thanks. Gave them opportunities to make right and they chose not to. I would stay away from the owners of this house and the property manager. Home was overpriced for experience. Prior VRBO experiences with other owners has always been good.

Family Vacation

The house is in a great location - easy to get around to do and see everything in Branson! We brought our family of 12 and had plenty of room for everyone. The 10 & 8 yr old loved having their own bunk room! We especially loved being close to the play area and swimming pool.

Amazing place to stay!

This was an amazing place to stay. It was close to all the entertainment and yet felt nestled away. We loved the view, the amenities, the location, and the space. The pinball machine was a hit. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.
