It was perfect for our family. I did take a light bulb out of a lamp to put in light over the kitchen island. Small suggestion. Hangers a broom extra light bulbs. Also the handles on the foosball table need to be screwed on better Some chair legs are getting loose. Wouldn’t want someone to fall! Thank you we will be back!

This property was perfect for our party of 14! The deck was the most used area while we were there, very spacious & relaxing. Having a bathroom with each bedroom was a plus and washer/dryer on different floors. Highly recommend this property and the Indian Point area!

First time Branson

We loved the house and property host was terrific. All in all we had a great time Loved the arcade room and kitchen was easy to use. We could not use workout room as it was closed. All pools are communal so we did not take time to explore that. Issues: AC never got below 76 even after repairman came. Upstairs was particularly stuffy. No coffee pot on site. Water pressure on bottom bath right side of house very low for showers. Sliding door on back decks and laundry jump off track easily

Fantastic multi family getaway

Great house

The house was very clean and the check in process was super easy. We had an issue with the AC when we first arrived and the manager called me within minutes of my message to her to sort it out. Would definitely recommend!

What a wonderful place!

We returned again this year for our mini family reunion and had another great weekend. The view is not as good as last year, due to construction of new homes, but the lake is still visible from the deck, so that did not affect our enjoyment at all. The game room downstairs is great for kids and adults who need more activity than sitting on the deck enjoying the view. Branson, and all the sights there, is just a short drive away.

Beautiful home with everything you need. Very clean and open. Loved the decks and game room.

Brianna was wonderful to work with. She answered all our questions and even checked in with us during our stay. The home was clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. We would recommend this home to family and friends!

Perfect home for a Family Reunion

This was a perfect place for our family reunion.....all 17 of us! The house was clean, well equipped (2 washers/dryers, 2 crockpots, 2 coffeepots, highchair, well-stocked kitchen dishes, etc). The kids loved the game room downstairs (the arcade games, the pool table, the Wi game) The view of the lake from the deck was beautiful! The deck was a large...room for all of us to gather. The location was perfect....so close to Silver Dollar City/Waterpark, the Table Rock Lake marina, and Branson Landing was not too far away. Thank you for the great accomodations!!! We had a great vacation! The best!

Perfect, clean and classy!

Great place! We had a 9 person golf trip and this property was perfect. The addition of the games and pool table was great for the rainy evening we had to spend inside! Plenty of parking, spacious, clean, classy, great for groups! Would rent again!

The Perfect House for a Family Reunion

We had our Family Reunion in this house. It included ages from adults to an infant. Everyone had a great time. The teens and children loved the Game Room and the adults loved the many activities available in the Branson /Table Rock Lake area. Our kids stayed entertained the entire week. This house came with two laundry areas, two refrigerators, and a fully equipped kitchen. We had plenty of beds, bathrooms, and a wonderfully spacious and furnished deck. Our Host stayed in touch the whole week and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Although there was new construction behind our house, it did not take away from the comfort of our stay. Thanks for a fantastic week.

This property was everything advertised. and more.

The host was responsive to my inquiries even prior to our visit and the check in process was seamless. The number of bedrooms, bathrooms and open spaces made it ideal to gather our from children and grandchildren from across the nation. The spacious kitchen made it possible to prepare meals for 17 throughout the week and the adults, teens and children ALL enjoyed the game room. The location was also handy to everything including Silver Dollar City and water activities on Table Rock Lake. I highly recommend this property.

Overall an excellent stay.

Great place. We had 9 adults and 4 small children and this home was perfect. Loved the view and the downstairs gameroom, both kids and adults. There was a problem with the A/C when we arrived and we contacted manager. They were responsive and had someone out the next morning. It was very warm in the home when we arrived. We went the evening without A/C and while we did not complain or request a credit, I was surprised something was not offered at $1,500 per night and in 90+ plus degree weather. It was a long night. I left an excellent rating, as I know these things can happen, just surprised no offer to credit or partial refund for the evening.

Construction Blues

This house was amazing, the proximity to attractions was perfect. However what was not perfect was the full blown construction of another phase of homes being built right below us. I/we are in the home building business, and understand forward progress on construction progress....ie: time is money.. The trac hoe with the Jack Hammer breaking rock and the trac hoe scraping the rock and loading into a dump truck at seven in the morning was a bit much. The dozer operating till nine at night was a bit much also. The concrete pump truck at six thirty in the morning was not a lot of fun either. Again the construction for most of the day is what it is , but being a vacation rental complex you would think that the rock breaking and rock scraping could have been scheduled to start later on in the morning and not having people on vacation woke up to the house vibrating and the banging so early. It would have been nice to have been informed of the construction ongoing in advance, not to find out about it at seven in the morning when the jack hammering started. The host and check in process was great, and I can't say enough about how great the set up of the house was. Anything that we needed for cooking and cleaning was provided . Shout out to Crazy Uncle Dave's Back Yard pizza 5 min. up the road and they deliver. Good Pizza for sure.

Great property!

What a wonderful property this is! Immaculate as far as cleanliness goes. The game room is great, the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Great kitchen--so much seating. Brianna was great. There is just nothing bad to say about the whole experience. Added plus: very close to Silver Dollar City and lake!
