So comfy and cozy! Very clean, decorated so tastefully. All the amenities and all the extras you could think of-so appreciated. Host was great! Easy check in and checkout. Loved the location for easy access to all the shows etc. and the lake was beautiful. Caught fish at the Fall Creek Marina-an easy 5 minute walk from the condo. Would definitely stay again

This was the perfect place for the two of us to relax. Close enough to all the Branson sights but yet far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. Loved waking up each morning and drinking coffee on the patio looking at the lake and watching the squirrels! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and quiet place to relax!

Great 1 bedroom place to stay if you want to be inside or will be mostly at the attractions. This was or first time in Branson, so we wanted that kind of place. It is a multi-unit condo. Another review noted the person on the upper level woke early could be heard. That was true, but we are early risers so it helped to wake us up and get us going. The inside is lovely and very functional. Bring your own pillow if you are picky. The patio and river view were the disapointment. It is overgrown to the point that you can hardly see, let alone walk down to the river. Great value, quality and perfect if you want a beautiful place to recharge, eat and sleep!

Great Place to Stay in Branson!This condo was perfect for a much needed getaway! Close to everything in Branson but far enough off the beaten path for peace and quiet! Very clean, comfortable and completely updated. It had a full kitchen with everything you would need. The bathroom/shower was fully stocked with towels, soaps, shampoo, etc. The condo was fabulous! This is a must stay for your next trip to Branson!

Couples relaxing getaway

Place was clean and comfy. Nice kitchen and seating area. It was a nice quiet place to relax and just enjoy some peaceful time together. Not too far from shopping and attractions. Would stay there again. We visit Branson 1 or 2 times a year and stay somewhere different each time. Definitely will be staying here again if it's just the 2 of us. It was a safe atompshere, went for walks in the morning by myself.

Great location along the lake. Easy walk to boat dock. Friendly evening raccoons, like pancakes! Back patio was our favorite place to chill!Some of plugs didn’t work, and always knew where upstairs neighbor was.

Beautiful area! Nice neighbors! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The decorations were relaxing, the bed was also comfortable, which is hard to find. We loved sitting out back enjoying the view of the river. It was getting a bit grown up so the view of the river was not quite as open as it could have been but still it was so nice and peaceful. We would stay here again. It is the perfect place as far as distance to all the activities we did.

We loved the location. It was along the banks of Lake Taneycomo, which gives it a rural feel, but it is only minutes from all the Branson attractions. Everything we could need was available to us. We especially enjoyed the selection of flavored coffees that were provided for us. When we return for another Branson visit, this will be our go to place to stay. R

Comfortable stay

It was beautifully decorated and a nice, short walk to the marina. The owners were kind and quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be waking up to the people above us walking around - however that’s no fault of the owners.One minor tip we would add that would really top it off is if there were some type of personalized welcome sign. Example: “Welcome, Johnson family!” - It makes it feel more inviting for the guests. We’ve seen it at other vrbo’s and thought it would be a cute idea to share with you! Thanks again for a great stay.

Great stay!

Visually Nice, But issues with parking/creaking roof/bed

Upfront, the hosts were quick to respond to messages with questions or concerns for the duration of the stay. The interior of the property is also clean, well-organized, and a generally pleasant place to be.However, there were some underlying issues experienced that did impact the quality of our stay at the property.First and foremost, the biggest issue experienced was a very loud creaking that came from the ceiling/upper unit floor as the upstairs tenant seemingly walked laps over the bedroom each morning at approximately 6 am. We got the impression that the upstairs tenant is a long-term resident, so be aware you will be awoken early each morning.The second issue experienced is there are limited spots in the parking lot and at times no room in the lot at all to park. Vehicles are supposed to display a parking pass in order to park in the lot, however, several vehicles in the lot did not have passes. One evening I arrived with no room in the lot and contacted the host. While the host responded promptly, no real solution was provided outside of 'I will call the HOA office when it opens on Monday'. Understandably, the host has little control over people who break the rules, but be aware you could be out of luck and need to find a parking solution yourself.Finally, the bed is pretty uncomfortable. Know that after all the decorations that were purchased to make aesthetic pictures to post for the vrbo ad, it doesn't appear there was much budget left for the mattress.

Perfect Retreat for Us!

We used to live in Branson and go back to visit often. Exactly what we needed. Clean and had everything we needed. Loved the decor! We were especially grateful that it had the walk in shower since we are older and getting in and out of a tub is difficult. We would stay there again!

Quick getaway

My husband and I took a quick getaway to Branson for my birthday. The condo was comfortable and easy to get to. I'm always appreciative of a full size coffe maker! Enjoyed having my coffee each morning on the patio watching the birds and wildlife!
