The Space:

Welcome to Magnolia Cottage, our accessible ground floor condominium designed for comfort and convenience. The layout features three private bedrooms, including two rooms with king beds and one room with a queen bed, plus a queen deluxe air mattress to comfortably sleep up to eight guests. The living space is entirely step-free, allowing you to walk directly from the parking area into your home. The fully equipped kitchen includes both drip and Keurig coffee makers, and full kitchen making it perfect for preparing family meals. For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are provided in the unit. You will love our location, situated just steps from the outdoor pool and only minutes away from Branson attractions, Silver Dollar City, and the beautiful Table Rock Lake.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full and private access to the entire three bedroom condominium located on the first floor. The home features step free access and wide hallways for your convenience. During your stay you are welcome to enjoy the communal outdoor pool and the relaxing patio area. We provide free parking on the premises for your convenience. Access to the property is seamless via a smart lock system and your unique entry code will be sent to you approximately twenty six hours before your scheduled arrival time.

Getting Around:

Getting around Branson is most convenient by car, and we provide free parking on the premises for your vehicle. Our location serves as a perfect home base for exploring the area, though please note that a personal vehicle is recommended to easily reach local theme parks, water parks, and museums. Branson Airport is approximately a twenty minute drive from the property, making it simple to arrive and start your vacation.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that all televisions in the unit are smart TVs, so we kindly ask that you log out of your personal accounts before checking out. The outdoor communal pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through the day after Labor Day weekend, and guests are required to bring their own swimming towels for pool use. Check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises and pets are not allowed. Please be advised that parking for boats, trailers, watercraft, recreational vehicles, or campers is not permitted, and any such vehicles will be towed by the homeowners association.
