Family with little children staying 3 nights; appearance is nice, lots of stairs. No hot water for 2 of our 3 nights, which was miserable. Communication was great but first time attempting to fix was not effective and had to wait for a part on the water heater. We got hot showers our last night before leaving. 4 condos in the building, and only 5 parking spots so the max of 2 cars per vehicle does not fly; you have to steal a spot in front of another building, which limits their spaces. Kids feet were filthy walking on the floors, as they didn’t feel mopped. Well stocked in the bathroom and kitchen with nice extras. Beds were ok. Good water pressure. Received very quick response with our issue with the water heater. As expected, the stairs in the building and in the room are loud, especially with kids so the building is not quiet. Pool was a pretty good walk from the 1st building.
