Needed cleaned.
The house fit our needs as far as rooms and bathrooms and the location was good. One of the issues with the house was that it was not clean. The floors were sticky in places and every room needed vacuumed. A couple of the beds had broken bed slats also. There was a strong smoke smell in one of the bedroom when we arrived but they had the window opened trying to clear the air. The weather was very hot so it took overnight to cool the property. It only had portable window air conditioning in the basement level, which are noisy. I talked with management about issues and they said they’d have to talk to their cleaning team and couldn’t do that till the next day. I received a call from management the next day, while we were away from the house, saying they could come over and replace light bulbs which was one of the issues also. My expectations were not met! I expected more considering the price we paid, $800 a night, and with it being a VRBO property which I understand was sold to Dream2Reality after my booking.
