After arriving we noticed a air mattress in the closet with a note attached to it saying that the “sleeper sofa was broken” it sure would of been nice to know that before I booked it for the weekend since we were needed it for one of our guests After contacting Vrbo which had us take pictures of the damage, they then contacted the host, After a short period time the host contacted us asking what was happening, so the story starts all over again. They attempted to get someone out to repair it that evening but was unsuccessful, told that the repair man would be out in the morning, they did gave me a credit of 50.00 for my inconvenience. Next morning came and haven’t heard anything so then I called, which they had the service repair man call , in did show at 11:00 to repair ( our morning activities had to be change. Why was it not repaired??? Someone new it was broken to put a note on the air mattres box also I hoped that the cleaning person changing the sheets ( I guess they did) would of seen that it was broken
