Very helpful communication during process. Clean, comfortable. Kids loved it.Playground right next to us. Swimming.pool was great. Hot tub clean and hot. Several balconies. Outdoor fireplace.Watched fireworks over the lake from balcony. Nice grill. Dont know what else you coukd ask for!

Perfect location

This rental is the perfect blend of convenience and escape. Just minutes from the Strip and close to everything you need, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat by the lake—calm, quiet, and far from the hustle. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

I take my grands at the end of summer every year to Branson for the weekend. We loved this adorable, home and so kid friendly! Great location!! The host were great too!!! We will be back!!

We were very impressed with this rental! Super clean, comfy beds, nice size rooms, great hot tub & outdoor fireplace, nice patio space and balcony. It easily accommodated our 5 couple groups with lots of gathering space while providing ample privacy when desired. Great location for Branson activities and a good view of the lake.

House is amazing!

We had 11 people in our stay with 5 of thembeing kids and babies! The house was perfectly set up for us and we had so much space. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect for our annual Branson Christmas Vacstion

Great family house

Great layout and design for big families, so many bathrooms! Perfect location for Silver Dollar City. We will definitely visit again. Would recommend to any large group.

A Win

Our stay was perfect. The house was every bit as shown in photos. The location worked for the strip and the lake. We have 4 adult children that still fight over who gets the best room. There was no best room, therefore no fighting. All bedrooms had king size beds and their own bathrooms. We will be staying again.

It was Perfect for us!

We had a great time the property was nice and clean and met our expectations. The room arrangement and floor plan was perfect for us! It was a great location and safe area. Definitely will put this on our list of place to stay next time. Everyone had their own space but there was plenty of gathering room.

Great property!

The unit is very nicely and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well equipped with plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house with an amazing view of the lake! House was perfect, very clean, great floorplan, nice big comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. We absolutely loved the outside setting areas. Best place we have rented in the 25 years we have been coming, we will be renting here again!

This is our first time renting a house. We really loved the house it's very clean, it's fits all of us, we're really enjoying our stay more than staying at the resort or hotel, the view is amazing, the location is closed to every place we need such groceries, restaurants, kids play at the Main Street and silver dollar, shopping. It was nice having enough bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms had enough storage and counter space for setting things down as you walked in.

Great location and view

Our family of 13 stayed at the property for Thanksgiving. We had a great time. The house was beautiful. The only downside was lack of pots and pans and no laundry detergent. Other than that it was great!

Birthday celebration

All of our kids and grandkids joined to celebrate a family birthday. We all fit comfortably in the rooms as well as the living area. The space was perfect for our 15 people. It was clean and well supplied. I'm sure we will be back.

From the moment we saw the outside, to when we first walked in, until the day we had to leave, we were all very impressed! It's beautiful, it's roomy, it's comfortable, every person has their own quiet space and plenty of room for the whole gang in the living room, dining area, and on either deck! Magnificent views, handy to everything, many amenities, and very special individualized office staff. Hated to leave. Highly recommend! We will definitely be going back!

The property had plenty of room, bedrooms, bathrooms to fit a group of 12 comfortably. It was a great location, close to everything we wanted to do. The cleanliness of the property left something to be desired though, I was questioning why we pay a cleaning fee when the place wasn’t really that clean. Your feet turned black when you walked barefoot on the floors, the carpets were dirty, dead bugs in the corners of the living room, dust bunnies under all the beds. Overall, we had a great trip and liked this property, just know that it may not be the cleanest place around.

Thanksgiving stay

The location is great, beautiful views of Table Rock. The home is beautiful and very well appointed. About every appliance you can think of and lots of cook wear. Nicely furnished and comfortable beds. The hot tub at the house was a nice plus and a great way to relax at the end of the day. The indoor pool was ok. It was pretty cold and the hot tub there was not working. The lower ratings are due to the cleaning. When we arrived there was poop in one of the toilets. The bathroom floors were covered in hair and the kitchen floor left our feet/socks dirty from walking on it. Whoever paid the prior cleaning fee got ripped off and I hope this place is better cleaned after we left. Other than the cleaning (which we pay a ridiculous fee for as poor a job as they did) the place was great.

Great Place close to town!

3 adults and 2 children stayed. Everyone got to pick out their bedrooom which came with an adjoining bathroom. Also an extra bathroom on both floors. Laundry is upstairs where the 2 bunkbeds and pac man aracade was located. We did not do any cooking but there were plenty of plates and cups for our snacks and pizza take out.. Coffee maker was there, with a starter package of coffee. Keureg was there but no kcups so bring your own. Kids got in the hot tub located off the side of the front porch. You can see the lake from the front porch. Communication through out our stay was wonderful. There was plenty of trash bags and paper towels and items for our stay of 3 nights/ 4 days. Location to town was great, only 7/8 minutes to the strip. The downstairs master was the room my husband and I stayed in while the rest headed upstairs. I will say that it was the smallest of the rooms, including closet, bathroom and bedroom. We didn't mind because we didn't want to climb stairs and enjoyed being right beside the kitchen for morning coffee while others slept in. Unlike other rentals the only requirements to leave were start dishwasher, put towels on bathroom floor, and take trash to dumpster. Easy peasey! The keypad lock on the front door was simple and easy enough for my grandson to unlock the door for us .
