The property is very nice and has great views. Everything was clean and very comfortable. We stayed on the 4th floor, so the elevator is definitely a nice perk. The sunroom is huge and has fantastic view of Table Rock Lake. The only complaint my wife had is that the water pressure is way too low. She did enjoy the large tub, but it filled up slow. Not a deal killer and if possible, we will definitely stay here again.

Need to have coffee filters and creamer. Not enough paper towels/kitchen towels for 1 week stay. Downstairs bathroom would barely flush. No instructions for TV. TV in sunroom never did work. We finally had to used our own logins to get any TV. Beautiful View

The entire property was amazing; everything was clean and very comfortable. It was amazing when we entered the property and found the Christmas tree waiting for us. Everything was very comfortable. The sunroom was a huge benefit with the fantastic views of Table Lake. Oved the property and the amazing staff were so friendly and helpful.

Location is perfect, 10 min drive to most activities. Property manager was very attentive (excellent communication). If we were to go back to Table Rock / Branson we would certainly consider this property.

PROS: The condo was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Very spacious and updated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked to prepare meals and have morning coffee. The condo community was peaceful and quiet, I didn’t hear my neighbors next door or below us. There was an elevator, however, we didn’t know it until the next day after we carried all our heavy luggage up to the 4th floor where this unit was located. Overall, I think this condo would be great for the Fall and Winter months due to the low lights, dark decor, nopool access. There was a functioning fireplace, but of course we didn’t use it in July…lol.CONS: The condo is very dark, had low lights & minimal windows in the kitchen living area for natural light to come in. Maybe skylights and lighter paint on the walls would brighten up the space. The decor and walls were dark so we were gone most of the day as staying in was depressing. The water pressure is extremely low. Unable to take baths because it would take forever to fill the tub (I’m a bath girl). We paid all this money and couldn’t use the pool in the community (we were informed via text the day we arrived it’s only for owners). I would recommend this condo for couples but not for families as there isn’t a pool, playground, or community center like other condos in Branson offer.

Great Condo

The property management company was first class with lots of communication. The condo itself was very clean and well maintained. The listing was just as advertised and has great views. Everything we were expecting was fulfilled. Highly recommend this unit.

almost perfect

My life and I loved out stay. It is so beautiful there. There were only a few things that kept it from being absolutely perfect.1) The recliners on the coach do not work. It is like they are disconnected.2) The coffeepot for the Mr. Coffee machine is not the right one. The unit has one of the valves that turn off when you take out the pot, but the pot that is there is not tall enough. To get the water to drain, you have to put something under it, to raise it up enough that the water comes through that valve.3) Many ceiling light fixtures missing lightbulbs. LR ceiling light does not work at all4) Garbage disposal does not work.
