Plenty of space

The home was beautiful and each bedroom had its own bathroom! We loved having plenty of space for each family to have their own privacy. We were right next to silver dollar city and was able to avoid a lot of traffic! The house was fully furnished with everything you could need, thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful place

Everything is great, nice place and very open, great space for a large group and thank you for the extra table. The only thing was need is the number of the cabin need more visible and have light is a big help. Maybe a fan on the highest floor hallway may help cool the upper floor. Definitely enjoy the stay and hope to be back again.

Family reunion

The upstairs bedrooms were sour smelling. All bedding and bath towels need to be replaced. House was clean and well stocked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property worked great for our family of 18. The boat slip and dock is a must have for us and is an easy walk up a hill! There were a couple of kitchen chairs with broken (or almost broken) legs so those need replaced but other than that, most everything is in great working condition.

We never felt like we were on top of each other and had plenty of room. The home is furnished with everything you could possibly need. The location is great we walked down to the lake everyday and kayaked, boated and swimmed. The kids and adults all had a wonderful time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was great and held 3 families. Great spaces everywhere (including parking). Kitchen nicely stocked with appliances. We cooked / grilled almost every meal and had plenty of space for 17 of us to eat. Rented a boat from local marina and dock slip was great. Only minor issue was 1 of the pools is under repair and ice machine downstairs did not work.

Kitchen had adequate pots, pans, cookie sheets, dishes and silverware. boat dock served our needs - except no ladder. only drawback- ice maker did not work. otherwise would highly recommend.

Family gathering

The location was very easy to find. There were 12 of us - 6 couples. We enjoyed the large gathering areas in the cabin for eating and playing games and we each had our own room and bathroom. The pool was nearby as well as the boat ramp access. The property was equipped with a variety of cooking utensils but it was somewhat unorganized. The refrigerator did.not make ice but there was an ice machine on the lower level that did have ice but did not keep up with our needs as the weather was extremely hot while we were visiting and we were always running out of ice. While the cleanliness of the cabin was acceptable, the rugs on the stairs and in the bedrooms definitely needed a good shampooing. Overall we had a good experience

House as described. Had multiple families stay together, plenty of space to spread out. Even with 17 people staying, we never ran out of hot water! 2 pools located within walking distance from the house. House located on a hill so if some have trouble walking then pool (the zero entry one) may be hard to access as you have to walk downhill to the pool and uphill back to house. Enjoyed the pool table in the lower level and bags game outside. Really loved that there were 2 dining room tables so we could all eat together and use the bar area as a buffet. Kitchen is well equipped, even some essentials provided. Big hill down to the boat dock with very limited parking once down there, again if someone has mobility issues this could be a problem (plus huge step up onto the dock). Air conditioner went out during our stay. We were able to easily and quickly contact the right people to help (even though it was after hours and had to go through the answering service). Repair guy arrived and had problem fixed in less than 2 hours (would have been sooner if they sent him to the correct location first). Even through the confusion, the house contact person kept updating us on what was going on and when to expect the repair guy.

Perfect location for hosting 60th anniversary celebration! Boat slip was a huge plus. House is set up perfectly for large families. Loved the two huge kitchen tables. We also loved that it had a secluded feel, yet so close to anything you would need.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved having all the big bedrooms. We had 19 adults and 2 small children. This was perfect for our family trip. House needs a good deep clean on the carpets. Water pipes need to be cleaned out slow drainage. Other than that the house was exactly what we were looking for. Loved having a boat slip for our boat rental. Having the boat dock was wonderful. Wish there was a ladder like the other dock had but the lake was easy to walk into with water shoes. The pools were a huge plus. The kids loved the playground right across the street. Plenty of parking.

Great time. Great Place. Location was great. Just a note the fridge door has a part that was broken and needs replaced so the door shuts easier. The Dryer downstairs was not working.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation including my children and grandchildren enjoyed this home. Being able to be in the same home, while enjoying our own space, was wonderful. There is plenty of kitchen/dining room space, so it was great for meals, playing games and puzzles. The grandchildren could go nap or go to bed in the evening while we played games or watched sports on tv without the worry of waking them. My daughter-in-law worked on-line for half of the days we were there. She was in the walk-out basement and it worked out great. She even interviewed several people without problems from us or the grandchildren. We rented a boat one day, since the home is so close to the lake, we all didn't have to go to rent it--they came back to pick us and the grandchildren up at the dock. Everyone all loved the zero pool. It was truly worth the money for us in space and convenience.
