The condo was WOW, BEAUTIFUL, view was SPACTULAR, it was quiet, relaxing. We LOVEDDDDD it. Already had 2 friends looking it up.

At the end of April, my wife and I stayed at this property and enjoyed our first visit to the Branson/Table Rock area. The property was clean, neat and quiet and provided easy access to Table Rock Lake and the attractions in Branson. The unit was immaculately clean, well-stocked, and had lots of room. The view of the lake was very nice, and the unit's deck provided for a few nice Happy Hours to enjoy the view. Communication with the owner and property management company was excellent, and both were responsive, accurate and friendly. The stay was top-notch, and we plan to stay here again and will encourage attendance by others in our extended family. While I drove into the area from Colorado, my wife flew into the Springfield-Branson airport which was an hour north of Branson. My only complaint is we were charged -- I think 27? -- when I requested to unload at the condo ONE HOUR before the official 4;00 PM check-in time. Ridiculous and petty charges. We traveled during the off-season and had only requested a short time to unload before I traveled to Springfield to pick up my wife. Everything else was top-notch and exceptional.

We booked this unit last minute and found the accommodations to be perfect for our needs. The unit was sparkling clean and spacious. It can comfortably sleep two couples, both in king beds, and two singles on the daybed and trundle bed in the sunroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of appliances, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. The management company was easy to communicate with and responded to a minor maintenance request quickly (the issue corrected within the hour!). The view of Table Rock Lake from the unit was beautiful and can be enjoyed from a balcony or the fully enclosed and climate controlled sunroom. All in all, would highly recommend.

Property was exactly as described on VRBO. Clean with many additional amenities. Beds were so comfy and area allowed each of us space and areas to play cards and catch up on life. Loved location in proximity to Branson. The views were amazing.

We had a great time. So convenient to Branson. It was a very quiet complex. We had a problem with the Kuerig and they responded immediately. Great service.

This property we were to rent supposedly had water damage so we were moved to unit 320. Communication initially is not through the Branson branch, which they were not quick to respond or as helpful wasn’t a great beginning. The Branson branch is communication 3 days prior to arrival and is text only but they were quick to respond to any questions. The condos are nice, clean and quiet. It is a switch back corner to get in, winding through other homes/condos then a steep hill to enter these condos. You are supplied bedding, towels, hotel soaps and 1-ply. The sun room in the condo we had, only had sheer blinds on half the room and none on the rest or on the patio door, so sleeping on either of the sleeper sofas wasn’t a great option. Over all it was ok for us as we only stayed two nights, so it was just a place to land our heads at night.

Very clean, well equipped, nice views. Good location. Nicely furnished. There was a lot of noise from the above floor. One morning very early there was super loud construction noise next door, which was loud even inside.

Undeniable surprise for family! Decided to stay here instead of on our usual hotels. Probably will not go back to a hotel soon. Quiet, serene and location aside from construction and twisting roadways to room. Adequately located to the min strip and other favorites. Very comfortable and nicely lighted with sunlight. Only small downside was the elevators were not working on our check out day. Had to carry heavy luggage own three flights of stairs. Other than that, and some small cleanliness issues. No problems will definitely stay again, well worth the price.

Location was great and the condo looked just as advertised. There were a few minor things in the condo like broken blinds and a shower door that did not slide. Just little minor details, otherwise the space was great.

This was great. The sunroom was a nice bonus area. Only complaint is that we needed more hand soap (at least one bottle for each bathroom). Otherwise, it was great.

Nice view of TRL. Condo was clean and well maintained. Bathrooms could have used some liquid soap and kleenex. A little noisy Friday and Saturday nights. Overall, a good stay.

Very nice place to stay with great view of Table Rock. 3rd floor so be prepared, but it was very clean and pretty quiet. Kids above us made noise, but it was okay. Definitely would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The views of Table Rock Lake and the fall color on the Ozark hills from the sunroom and balcony were amazing! The condo looks exactly like the photos, and was really clean and quiet. We appreciated the large, well-equipped kitchen and electric grill on the balcony. We will stay here again!
