We really can’t say enough good things about our stay at this location! Met our needs in every way, plus it was lovely to have the deck to look over on the golf course!

This condo was very nice and clean.It is in a good location for all activities. We have stayed at different condos at Point Royale and enjoy it there. We will definitely be back!

Little slice of heaven

We just loved it and will be back again, hands down! Close to everything, quiet, safe, the grounds were beautiful and the condo was comfortable in all aspects. Loved having coffee on the patio deck. Great view, wished for more time to golf there, looks like a beautiful course.

Great place - great view

We enjoyed our stay at Point Royals. The condo was in immaculate condition and was perfect. Beautiful view of the 18th fairway with the mountains in the background. It is only a short drive from all the attractions that Branson has to offer.

Enjoyed our stay at this property! Very close proximity to the pools, tennis courts and clubhouse—all within walking distance. Sofa sleeper worked well for child. Only 1-2 small steps to get inside unit-parking lot level. Kitchen was well equipped. Although we didn’t have any problems, property management was just a text away, and checked in throughout our stay. The only thing that could have made our stay better would be if there would have been towel bars or hooks in the bathroom area. We ran out of space with bathroom and pool towels.

Loved it!

Very clean, updated, farmhouse/Boho decor. Super cute and felt like home. I am in town working so I will definitely be staying here again. Anytime I had a question I would just text the owners and received a reply back quickly. Highly recommend!

The property was very nice and clean. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Like others mentioned, there needs to be towel hooks added to the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Other reviews noted it being quiet. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The upstairs neighbor was loud even during quiet hours (10 pm - 8 am). That continued throughout our stay. Not that the condo company could control it since they don’t own that condo as well, but it did affect our stay. Would not stay there again in the future.

Branson Vacay

Property is described exactly as it is! Unit is updated and very clean. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room area. Major bonus for us was that it is very close and easy access to the pool area which was great since we utilized the pool and tiki restaurant daily. Location is is quiet and secluded yet close to shopping and all attractions we checked out. Overall great experience!

Better than the Listing!

This place was NIIICE! And very affordable. The condo was excellent and updated. We wanted to take the bed home 😂 it was so comfortable. Great location not to far from Branson strip, Table Rock lake and access to Lake Taneycomo right down from condo. I'm sad I didn't play golf. The course looked amazing with crews maintaining daily. Great communication with owners and easy check in. We will be back!

Recently renovated and updated

Overall a nice unit. There are a few things that in my opinion need work. First cleanliness, should not expect to find underwear left behind from a previous guest. This was not wadded up and stuffed in a very inconspicuous place but rather pretty much in plan sight in a wicker basket at the end of the bed under a table. Next is the sheets on the bed. They were so stiff and itchy that we removed them and washed them ourselves. This however did not help. The sheets were purchased for longevity not comfort. The sheets were a 250 thread count rough and itchy. Other items of concern are lack of paper towels, WIFI log in information and the need for a towel ring/holder for the bathroom vanity. The WIFI information was available to us the whole time we just did not look in the correct place (bottom of check out procedures card in small print). I was not concerned with check out procedures until the night before we were leaving and came across this at that time. At every other and pretty much most if not all the other VRBO type places we gave stayed in have always had some type of information packet or binder with useful information. Most of these things are maybe a little nit picky but it's almost like the unit owner is new to the short term rentals scene or maybe the management company is. Bottom line would stay here again I would just bring sheets from home and spend 10 minutes of my time to get a comfortable night's sleep. The other thing that needs to be fixed is we only had one hand towel for the bathroom for or entire stay.

Great property, very nice and clean. We traveled during the holiday season and when we entered there was Christmas music playing on the TV and lights were on. It was the best welcome to a rental property we have ever had. The management company was also super fast in responding to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

clean and nice

this was clean, recently updated and nice. pool area was very nice, but we couldn't see our feet when we were in it, so it was a bit dirty. I understand that isn't the direct responsibility of the property mgr, but there were so many bugs and the water was very cloudy. Usually means chemicals are off - if that feedback can be given to the clubhouse mgt.
