My friends and I had a great stay. Love the house and it’s in a really good location; close to most everything but far enough away from the busyness of Branson to where it’s quiet and restful. We had everything we needed and the home is clean and very well maintained. The host communicated well. It was our 2nd visit here and would absolutely go back.

From start to finish Ashley was so accommodating. When I asked questions, she was prompt to reply. The set up was perfect for our reunion. Everything we needed was there. We 4 couples really enjoyed our stay. Each bedroom had its own large bathroom. The ladies enjoyed relaxing on the back porch (and shopping) while the men golfed. Branson Hills was a favorite for golf. We could get most anywhere in 15-20 minutes so we liked the location. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The living room was roomy. Everything was clean except the tile floors need a good scrubbing.

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful home! Plenty of room for 8 adults. Each couple had their own en-suite with comfortable beds and walk in showers! The house is very well equipped with plenty of cooking/baking pans and utensils. Sitting on the large deck was so relaxing-whether it was the back of the house or the smaller deck on the front. We will definitely stay here again on any return trips to the area! We couldn’t ask for a better host. Extremely fast in her responses to any questions we had. Thank you Ashley!!!

Perfect family

Perfect in that the 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms are located away from the middle of the house for quiet rest. The central area with spacious open, well appointed kitchen, large dining table and comfortable living room are perfect for a group.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! It is beautiful, well appointed, and in a great location! We enjoyed relaxing on the large open back deck, playing foosball inside, and walking to the clubhouse. The villa is very clean, the 4 en suites ideal, and the kitchen, living, and dining areas spacious and inviting. Ashley is very welcoming and prompt in her replies and communications. We look forward to staying here again!

Family Vacation

I booked this trip for my kids Spring Break and we had an amazing stay here. From booking all the way down to checking out the process was so smooth. Ashley was very nice and responded back quickly to my questions or concerns. Upon arrival the home smelled so amazingly fresh. The bedrooms were perfect, the beds were so soft and comfortable. We loved how quiet the area was, and there wasn't anything that we needed that the home didn't have. We will definitely be back again soon!

Wonderful Experience

You don't find many properties with four bedrooms with their own bathroom, a hugh kitchen, a large accommodating living room area, and a spacious outdoor deck in many places that is as well-kept as these accommodations.This location could easily service four adult couples who could split the cost of the rental and come out with a cash outlay of less than a prime room in a nearby hotel and it is off the beaten path in a quiet location but very near any restaurant, grocery store, gas station, or other service that you might imagine. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a mini bar area attached to the living room area, and if you needed it there is a Murphy bed in the living room area that could accommodate sleeping for an even larger group.We would recommend this property to anyone needing this amount of bedding in a convenient location of the city and with a host who is really accommodating and wanting to make your stay a pleasurable event. You can't go wrong with this property.

Great Location & Rental

The location and rental were amazing. I did not receive a check in email and luckily guessed that my entry code was the last 4 of my phone number. Bathroom sink in the last room on the right side of the house has a drip, other than that the place was pristine.
