House is big, in very nice, gated community. Highly recommend it for big family/group that wanna stay together.

This property was managed by Evolve and then switched to Sunset Nightly Rentals. We checked into the property at 5pm. We noticed the AC didn’t work at all in the house. After several phone calls and hours of waiting in a house in the high 80 degrees, an emergency HVAC tech came out and determined the condenser is cracked and he can’t fix the AC. We packed up and had to leave the property. Sunset Rentals couldn’t get ahold of the owner nor fix the issue. Told us to find a hotel. I’m fighting to get a refund. They said it’s up to the owner if he wants to refund me. My bachelor party weekend was ruined.

Location was close to the activities we wanted to do. It was very quiet and easy to access. House had plenty of space for the 10 of us. Only negative was the floor needed a good cleaning.

It was great location. Very close to all main attractions. You have to pay $5 per vehicle per night. Wooden floors were not mop cleaned, that was the only issue, might have got missed by cleaning staff. Other than this, everything else was perfect in this property. Guest is expected to collect and dump their trash in the dumpsters located across the street. Overall, I would positively recommend this property for large family/groups.

This home was perfect for our group!! We normally stay in a few different condos and this was so much better! It was great having everyone together and enough room to comfortably feed everyone. We'll be renting it again next year and many years to come.

The listing displayed the place as a house and it’s a condo attached to another one. We’ve always rented homes. It just caught us off guard. The listing didn’t state anywhere in posting that we would have to pay for parking, every night that we were there and the cost had to be paid upfront at check in. Didn’t find this out until check in instructions were sent. After already paying over $2300 we still had to pay for parking. The mattresses were very hard, old, and uncomfortable on the queen beds. The nightly rates are too high for the beds to not be comfortable. The water temp on the water heater needed to be adjusted, cause the water was lukewarm as there were three bathrooms, but there people could not take showers at the same time. But other than those items, the place was nice, quiet, the neighbors were friendly. Didn’t care for the steep incline of the driveway.

The listing says house and it is a condo. Wasn’t a deal breaker for us as there was still plenty of room for our family. The property itself was nice and as pictured but it’s listed as a house so we were confused. However something has went up under the couch so when we pulled the couch out to retrieve the baby item there was so much dirt and trash back there. I had reached out to the cleaning lady to find out where we should take the trash to and never got a response. The door where the washer and dryer was didn’t fit the spacing very well and at one point completely fell off track. All in all it was a great stay with just a few hiccups. Woudl stay again.

We had friends joining us from Germany and they wanted to experience Silver Dollar City. The accommodations were perfect for all 11 of us and within minutes of Silver Dollar City. We were able to miss all the traffic on 76 and make the most of our time in Branson. The accommodations were clean and the views were outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.
