From the time we booked here, we received 3 messages from VRBO (payment received, confirmation, and review). From Rent Branson we received 2 Guest Verification (I had to send a selfie with my DL and then an up-close shot of my DL), 15 emails from them mostly containing forms and lots of rules (bring your own shampoo, only one role to TP will be provided per bathroom, paying for parking/ car/night, don't wash the towels, minimal dishwasher tabs provided) all of which I had to read and sign. That does not include all the texts I received. The property needs maintenance (painting, garbage disposal doesn't work, missing stopper in master bath, the fridge sounds like it's on its last leg) and better cleaning (hair on master floor, leaves in entry, bugs in the master tub, cleaning the floor between the vanity and the shower, cobwebs). We rented a 3 bed-3 bath. The third bedroom is set up like a hotel room where it can be shut off from the 2 bed-2 bath. The 3rd room had a mini heating/ac in it. It had mold and it wouldn't shut off. We had to do that manually. The toilet someone had put comet in it and never came back and cleaned it. Therefore, it had a blue ring and comet caked in the bottom. I would have thrown the pillow on the beds out years ago. Lamps that don't work and alarm clocks that you can't even set to the right time. The area is beautiful, but you can't use the sidewalks because that's for golf carts. It just isn't worth the hassle.
