Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed and Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #5 with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #6 (The private Studio) is detached from the main house and is located behind the detached garage. The private studio includes a king size bed, sofa and armchair seating, smart TV, patio, and ensuite bathroom with an extended single vanity and glass walk-in shower.





The home also includes 2 half bathrooms.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 6 vehicles.

• The outdoor pool is seasonal and open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, while the hot tub is available year-round. As the pool is located outdoors and surrounded by trees, occasional natural debris may fall into the water. Pool skimming tools are provided for guest use if needed.

• Please clean the grill after use for the next guest's enjoyment. A $100 fee may be charged if the grill is left uncleaned.

• The main house offers the convenience of drive-up access to the front door, allowing for a walk-in entry with no steps required. The detached studio is accessible through its private entrance located behind the garage.

• This home is equipped with five (5) external security cameras. The first is located on the garage, actively monitoring the driveway. The second is positioned at the front entry, actively monitoring that area. The third is at the side entry, actively monitoring access there. The fourth is located on the back of the house, and the fifth is positioned on the garage, also actively monitoring the driveway. Please note that the pool area is not monitored by any security cameras, ensuring your privacy while enjoying this space.
