“I absolutely loved my stay at the Red Cottage and it is my favorite place that I've stayed while visiting Wilmington. Peaceful, plenty roomy, less than 10 minutes to town and even closer to the lake. I have Celiac so have to bring items like a toaster to avoid cross-contamination but the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The team was super responsive even before my stay. Highly recommend and look forward to my next visit! ”

Farmhouse is about 100 feet away, and there are numerous other rentals nearby, so we had people walking around the house while we were there. “The place was fine but the ac unit was not working . The high tempatures and humidity it was 85 inside the majority of time . I rented this place to work and relax and I spent my time waiting for hvac appointments etc and being hot, not able to sleep becuase of the heat.
