“The facilities and room were quite nice and the person at reception - Brooke - was exceptional: warm, welcoming and helpful. However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention: - the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor - the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed - the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush We took care of those issues...

“Perfect location for enjoying all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Room overlooked the Blue River facing East toward Main Street. Relaxing sounds of the water combined with beautiful scenery, wonderful weather, and location made this a great getaway from the heat and humidity back home.”

“This is a lovely clean spacious property. About a 6 minute walk to town. Check-in was quick and easy. We just spent one night there on our trip from Michigan to California with our college-age daughter, but we appreciated the space and amenities. It was cold so we stayed in around the fireplace instead of out on the balcony. Would happily stay here again.”

“The room itself was amazing and clean. Easy access to everywhere. Not happy being charged $1 when checking in and then my card being charged another $1 when checking out. That's an expensive interest charge for $2! Also not happy with Red Awning who the room was booked through. I would not recommend them, terrible communication!”
