Let me start by saying that the house is in a great location, close to the ski slopes and downtown. However, the reason for my rating is due to the lack of responsiveness of the rental company (Summit Mountain Rentals) and the owners. We checked in on a Wednesday and were immediately told that there was a problem with the dryer. Not a big deal unless you pack for 3 days instead of a week thinking there would be washer/dryer available. I was told they were working on getting it repaired/replaced on the day of arrival. By Friday, still no plans for repair/replacement and I had been in contact daily and was told they were getting the “vendor” involved. It turns out the vendor is the owners and the rental company said they could not make a large purchase without the approval of the owner. So no dryer, but we were able to wash clothes and air dry them. Again, my rating is due to the lack of responsiveness of the rental company and owners. A dryer is very easy to replace. Had I know, I would have packed for a week.

Good overall. Enjoyed access to downtown area and nearby attractions. Loved that we were able to bring our 13-year old dog. Two callouts for improvement.1) Photos give impression that house is more secluded than reality. 2) Minor upgrades needed. Blinds aren’t all functional and carpet needs to be replaced.

Perfect Home Away from Home

This home was the perfect place for two families to stay together. Beautiful, spacious and CLEAN! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we need. We really appreciated the vaporizers to help us cope with the dry mountain air and the boot dryers to dry out our boots between ski sessions. Communication was quick and easy. There was zero evidence of pets being there despite it being a pet friendly property. Next time we will bring our dog! We would definitely rent again - summer or winter!

Great stay with one annoying hiccup

This would have been a perfect stay, but unfortunately, the dishwasher never worked the whole 4 days. They sent over a repairman the first day who failed to fix it. Said they would send another one but he never showed. Washing dishes for 8 people after each meal was not fun!

Great house and location

Property manager was easy to communicate with and house is great location to walking trails and buses. Fridge leaked out of bottom when trying to use water dispenser. Property manager tried to get vendor to fix but apparently it was a bigger issue and they said they’d fix after we left. Downstairs showers didn’t drain so standing water when showering but all minor issues to us. We really enjoyed our stay and was perfect for our ski vacation!

Not heloful

The story is long and unpleasant. After arriving at the rental.(6 adults and 3 children) we discovered that there was no water. When we called the property management, we discovered they were out of India. Basically told us they couldn’t do anything for us that night and we would have to wait until morning when the office opened. With frozen waterlines there is no water and you can’t even flush toilets . In the morning we called the property management company only to find out they don’t open until 9 AM. We started repacking and reloading the cars from everything we did the night before. They didn’t find us a new house until the afternoon the next day. My question would be why wasn’t this checked before we got to the house? B/F you have a guest check in the house, shouldn't you-check for things like running water, heat, or other things. Come to find out this house has had issues with frozen waterlines in the past and it still didn’t get checked?! Why isn’t there a way for the Indta team to get a hold of someone in the US in an emergency? We had to go out and buy water to get us through the night. We were offered nothing to help that night. And the next day it took 3/4 of the day for them to figure out what they were going to do. Short family vaca was cut shorter dealing with issues out if our control. Today I’m back home and waiting for someone in the US management to call me. Disappointing to say the least!

Awesome, Spacious, Clean

Beautiful, huge, well appointed and super clean. It doesn’t get any better! Walking trails by a creek for long walks with the dog. And the neighborhood is super quiet. We will be back!

Great place for our big family & pup

Beautiful big pet friendly place! Everyone had their own bathroom, which was amazing! Proximity to town was just right. Not too far, not too close. Great response when we had one concern. We rent at least 3 times a year and this was the quickest response we have received! Highly recommend as a pet friendly place!

Amazing weekend stay!

Stayed over a long holiday weekend and the house was perfect. Very close to the Breck shuttle stop and also downtown. Two families stayed and there was plenty of space. Loved the views, hot tub, and large garage to park out of the weather.

Great stay

Great location, just two blocks to bus stop and short drive to town. The property accommodated our family of 6 easily. We did experience some issues with the hut tub and washing machine but the MGMT company responded within the hour to offer assistance. I will stay here again.

Spacious Breckenridge Getaway

Lots of room, great mountain views, and plenty of accomodations - the hot tub is a great bonus as well! Also very close to the free ride bus stops to easily get to downtown Breckenridge.
