Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home, beautifully maintained and appointed. But it is a 20 minute drive from downtown Breckinridge and I’m not sure what the “historic district” means.

A Beautiful Getaway!

This house is as wonderful as it appears! Took my family of 9 (three family units w/ kids, grandkids including 2 under 6). Plenty of room to be together, plenty of room to separate and recharge. Great access to town, skiing, sledding, ice fishing etc. Kids had fun in the snow both on/off property. Great access with shuttle to come and go. Garage access for AWD rentals made come/go for further excursions easy.Kitchen & baths had everything we needed. Wonderful views! Even saw a couple moose lower in the neighborhood. We will definitely be back here in the future…

Large, striking home with gorgeous views. Very comfortable. Both large open spaces and lots of privacy.

The shuttle service into town was used daily and they got there quick. The house has plenty of space for large groups and the look of the cabin is so cozy! This is my favorite place to stay in Breckenridge!

Perfect Holiday Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at several Breckenridge luxury homes, and this one was both comfortable and functional for our four family party. The setting was gorgeous, and thankfully roads / driveways were plowed to keep them safe. The home was well stocked other than having extra towels in guest rooms. Would also suggest having written instructions for the operation of electronics, appliances, etc. We would definitely come back here for a family vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is amazing. We were thrilled with the space and the construction and details in this place are superb. The amenities are amazing but there are some restrictions that we were not made aware of. The tub in the Master is off-limits because of limited supply of well water. (My wife was really excited to bathe by the fire so it was a bit of a disappointment.) Also, the exterior doors in the spa room are not allowed to be opened (this might be a winter thing) The trouble is that chlorine smell builds up so bad in the room that everyone's eyes were burning and we had to cut our dip short. However, the steam showers (yes...2 of them) are AMAZING! It was a real treat to enjoy after a day on the slopes. Our absolute favorite feature was the heated floors. They keep the entire home cozy without drying you out like forced-air heat. They feel wonderful to walk on.We highly recommend this home and we hope to stay here again someday.

(Elevation pun intended) We decided to celebrate our intimate wedding at the point view place and we couldn’t have picked a more dreamy home to celebrate the weekend! Paragon was extremely accommodating and the home was equipped with everything you could think of. Our family is already planning our next trip out to point view place!

Beautiful log home with a view of the entire 10 mile range. Our families stayed with us and there was more than enough room for everyone. We got married on the back patio with a perfect back drop of mountain views. We didn't want leave. This home does not disappoint in any way. We would definitely stay here again and again.
