How can you not like a property where you look out your window and see a bull moose, black bear, and fox.Loved the proximity to Quandry Peak trail head. The hot tub was also great.

Birthday Getaway

This cabin was well organized with plenty of necessities.. property manager was easy to contact and so was the owners. Great place to stay

Adorable cabin, good location!

We enjoyed this cabin in every aspect, since the views from the bedroom until the jacuzzi. Definitely I come back in my future vacation.

Great little cabin

We had a great time, hot tub was great, and we saw a bear while we were enjoying said hot tub! Beds were just fine, everything worked in the kitchen and bathrooms, and wifi worked great as well.

Beautiful cabin

We had a great time at this beautiful location! The views were a little congested by trees but you were able to see some mountains. Nice and close to town though! We saw 3-4 moose about 20 yards away while we were in the hot tub one night! Some dishes were a little dirty when we got there so that’s where we docked points but overall it was a great place to stay!

Accommodations

The biggest recommendation I have is to remove the carpet in the dining. It is rolled up on the sides and is a tripping hazard. It is also unnecessary and hard to clean.

The perfect place!!

The house was beautiful, check in was smooth, very easy. The house was clean and fresh, appreciated all the little things, the board and card games, extra soaps, washing machine detergent, having ample towels and extra blankets. Loved the hot tub and the views! During the day we loved being able to look out all the windows, at night it felt a little off, wouldn’t be a deal breaker but consensus amongst us, was we would have preferred to be able to pull blinds or curtains closed if wanted. Could be because we are not used to being in a more remote area, again not a deal breaker or something that really bothered any of us just something we thought was different. But couldn’t say anything negative about our stay would definitely recommend!!

Misrepresented

So we chose this cabin because it looked adorable and the location was right where we wanted to be. It’s great bc you are so close to many amazing hiking trails, close enough to Breck to get there in a few minutes, but just far enough outside the city that it’s not loud. Now, the bad news. Upon arriving it smelled like either a wet dog or musky, I’m not sure if it had sat for a while without tenants, there were spiderwebs everywhere, the bathtub clogged, and the beds were so uncomfortable and the cleaning crew showed up a day early and tried to let themselves in (even though our car was parked in front.) I feel bad giving a bad review, but for what we paid to stay there I’d like to save others from experiencing the same issues. We stay in VRBO’s every time we go on vacay and this is the first one I’ve had to leave a not so great review for.

Great Getaway

This property was fantastic! Very clean, nice furniture, clean hot tube and close enough to town yet just far enough away. I would absolutely rent again!

Shrum/Hackler 2020 Vacay

House was amazing. We had 4 adults and 5 kids. Perfect space for all of us. Loved that it was close enough to Breckenridge and Frisco but outside of town and quiet. Only half complaint would be the beds, they were a little uncomfortable (mattresses well wore in). BUT...I we would definitely stay again. We did not want to come home. Thank you so much for sharing this cabin with us!!!!

Quarantine Break Out

Amazing house, property, location and view. Enjoyed waking up and having coffee outside looking up at the mountains. Super clean and well maintained! Would LOVE to come back!

Clean, Cozy, and Comfortable

This home is very cozy and was perfect for our group. It was very clean when we arrived and easy to contact Evolve with questions. You can't beat that view from the hot tub. As a regular of Breckenridge, I'll definitely be looking for future stays here.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing home with our family! The house was spotless and spacious and equipped with everything we needed! The location was perfect...close enough to Main Street and the center of Breckenridge, but far enough away to escape the crowds. We enjoyed waking up to our gorgeous winter wonderland view and the kids loved hanging out in the hot tub! We will definitely be back!! Everyone agreed it was a great vacation!! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Amazing

This place was amazing and very welcoming with an amazing view. The only thing that would have helped was to have a pantry, and a laundry basket, other then that it was perfect!

Beautiful cabin!!

We stayed at this cabin in March and it was perfect! The cabin was spacious, well decorated, and in the perfect location. It is close to downtown and walking distance to the free bus that takes you downtown. We rode e bus a few times and it was really easy. The beds were super comfortable and we just loved the ambiance. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone, it is wonderful!!
