Efficient check-in. The house is very convenient to Main St. Its spacious and the interior is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the amenities that you could need or want.

Quick Mountain Getaway

Harris house was a great fit for our family and extended family. We had babies, toddlers and adults and everyone fit perfectly! The best part is the location. We had a few minor maintenance issues and the property management company always responded very quickly.

Perfect location - great service

We had a group of 7 embarking on our first-ever family ski vacation. The home was as described in the photos. Lovely, warm, super charming. The bunk room was perfect for our 3 boys and down in the basement which was nice allowing for the adults to carry on upstairs after their bedtime. We loved the hot tub after a day on the mountain. The location of the home was A++. Walkable to all Breckenridge has to offer. It’s such a great little town. Moving Mountains free vacation planning services was incredible. On short notice they booked everything for us. Ski fitting, rental, lift tickets, private lessons. As a first-timer that was so, so nice to have. It’s a bit overwhelming thinking about all that goes into a ski trip, they made it a breeze. They also checked in several times during our stay to make sure we were well taken care of and the house was to our liking. We stayed at many, many rentals over the years. I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced better service from a host. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Birthday Celebration

The house was in a perfect location in the historic area and close enough to town to walk everywhere. The accommodations were above our expectations and very warm and welcoming. There is nothing that the place didn't have and we had a wonderful time I would highly recommend staying here if you are able you won't be sorry!

Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed at Harris House, and the home is kept in pristine condition, very clean, with gorgeous views and only blocks away from downtown. We love this home and will continue to return! My only "complaint" isn't really a complaint but more of a "wish list item" that the beds were a little softer!

Everything was super clean and in great conditions! The areas very spacious and well lighted, super comfy and warm house! A block and a half walk to the bus stop and 5 min drive to the gondola! And only a few blocks from Main Street! We enjoyed our stay way more than expected!!!

Everything we needed AND MORE!

This home is super cozy, we felt at home the minute we walked in. I could go on and on about specifics, but there are just too many to highlight! Location, cleanliness, management and amenities were all 5 stars. (For us South Louisiana folks, the shower steamer was a life saver!😊) If anyone asks me where to stay in Breckenridge....This Is It!

Located 3 blocks from Main Street and easy driving access to Breckenridge Peak 7 & 8. It is so quaint on the outside and then the inside is gorgeous, updated and has everything you might possibly want. Our party of 8 had more than enough room. The beds were all so comfortable, heated floors, hair dryers in every bathroom, Sonos speaker system, completely stocked kitchen...I mean I could go on and on. The location is perfect! We walked to Main Street to shop, to pick up our takeout and had dinner at Relish. We drove to the grocery store, but it's only about 5 minutes away. When we first pulled up to the house we saw the local fox! Paragon was so easy to communicate with and were available for any questions. We will definitely be back.

Even Better Than the Pictures!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this house for an annual ski trip of 9 guys and we couldn't have been happier. We knew the place was going to be nice based on the photos, however we were blown away when we arrived. As someone who owns a vacation rental, I thought they owner is crazy for renting a place this nice. There was plenty of room for all of us, the kitchen was well stocked, and the grill was a nice Weber. Paragon sent us frequent texts to make sure everything was okay. It was also a short walk to downtown Breckinridge.

WOW....incredible house with the best location in Breckenridge

Reviewer Comments: I booked this house for a guys weekend during the “shoulder season” between summer madness and right before ski season cranks into high gear...there are great lodging deals running during this timeframe, plus the aspens were in peak foliage. The pics of the Harris House honestly do not do it justice, this newly renovated gem will blow away any expectations you may have! The staff at Paragon Lodging had literally thought of every detail to make our stay feel like a world class lodging experience. The bedrooms and bathrooms were thoughtfully laid out and the entire house was spotless. There was more than enough room to accommodate 12 grown men in the kitchen and dinning area, plus they had every utensil and appliance known to mankind. Even the the outdoor entertaining area was over the top with a very nice Weber grill, 6 person hot tub, and a cozy gas fire pit. We will definitely be booking our next winter and summer vacations to the mountains of CO through Paragon Lodging!

Highly Recommended

We very-much enjoyed this house. The house was very clean. The property looks exactly the same in person as it does in the pictures. The location is great; just a few blocks to the center of town. We had a few small problems with the ice machine. Once we notified the property manager of the issue, they arrived within 30 minutes of my text message to fix the ice machine. They also offered to buy us a bag of ice. They were very friendly and easy to work with. Our favorite parts of the house were the kitchen and outdoor area with the fire pit and hot tub. We will be back next year!

We had 13 people in our party and I was concerned it was going to be a bit too small. I was wrong. The size was perfect. Location to town was also great. Paragon Lodging did a great job of managing the reservation and even sent me a text letting me know I was able to check in 2 hours early. A big thanks to the home owners for making the Harris House available for renting and to Paragon Lodging for managing our reservation so well. We'll be back.
