Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Floor plan was great. Although wdidnt like the loud Road noise. Also several things weren't working & or needed fixing. Maintenance would come, although had to call Maintenance too many times.

The house gave us plenty of room for activities and was a great location close enough to town to access grocery, trails, stores, etc. but secluded enough that we were able to focus on spending time together.

Amazing Wedding Vacation

We rented this property because we wanted a home to fit all my guests for our micro wedding in Breckenridge. The home was stunning! Amazing layout, views, and location! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Check in was super easy and the company was very easy to communicate with. We spent most evenings on the huge patio or in the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again! Cons: lack of king size pillows on king size beds. There were only standard pillows for the whole house. A king size bed should come with king sized pillows. There were only 3 standard pillows given for a king size bed. This could be improved. I’d also recommend adding a fire pit area for cool evenings. There’s more than enough room on the property. A staircase down from the outdoor patio would be nice to access the yard easier.

Beautiful home (but not bedrooms not as advertised)

Reviewer Comments: This house is stunning; the views are amazing; the kitchen is absolutely unbelievable; unfortunately, there were 3 critical issues that occurred: 1) Grass wasn't mowed. It looks like weeds were growing and they had gotten tall. 2) We were given the wrong lock box code to access the 'apartment' and had to wait several hours to gain access; this was very frustrating. One person told us the code was 1986, then 1974; it was 1968! 3) But the most significant issue and one that was never resolved as promised, was the bedroom that was listed as QUEEN bed had a FULL size mattress on a queen frame. This changed the dynamic of our sleeping arrangements; our guest didn't make a big deal about it because I was paying for the trip and they didn't want to seem ungrateful. We were also told that a "blow up" queen mattress would be provided and it never was. Again, this is just simply unacceptable for the amount of money we paid and the house did not have the beds as advertised. There should be some type of compensation (either refund or credit for future stay) and not some small amount either. I paid in full expecting the bedrooms to be as advertised and they were not. The house is absolutely stunning; in fact, I want to come back and stay at this house! I certainly believe we should be compensated in some manner for these errors.

We had an exceptional experience at the Winterfell Estates. Plus, the property management company (Paragon) was phenomenal to deal with!! We will definitely rent this property again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Winterfell Estate for our annual family trip to Breck. The home offered lots of space and plenty of fireplaces! We really enjoyed the view from our huge balconies and all the perfectly placed furniture both inside and outside the home. The seperate apartment provided an additional space for our older children who required "more privacy" LOL. Overall, the property was amazing and I would definitely rent again. Just remember to buy or have all your groceries delievered including condiments for those longer stays.

Great week with my family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent Thanksgiving week with my 3 daughter/their husbands, my four grandchildren and my wonderful wife. This was our 12th year spending Thanksgiving in Breck! Paragon has always been great to work with and this year was another example. We were scheduled to arrive on Tuesday thru Sunday; with the pending storm I contacted Paragon and spoke with Anne and asked if it would be possible to start our week on Monday and go thru Saturday. The response was absolutely YES and the storm moved in on Tuesday (shut down I-70 for most of the day) and we were in Breck! Great save Paragon and Anne!! We had a great week and the home was wonderful...again!

Wonderful Stay at Winterfell Estates

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family of 8 aging from 6-50+ stayed here over spring break. Wow, we loved the home and everyone had plenty of space to spread out and do their own thing while also being able to gather together without feeling like we were cramped. The staff at Paragon was wonderful and the included shuttle service was very helpful. We found the home to be warm, clean, well stocked, everything worked, top of the line electronics and simply as one would issues. I'd highly recommend a stay here, views are beautiful and overall an awesome place to vacation!

The home is equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay in Breckenridge. Only thing I regret is not staying here longer.. City center and Breckenridge Ski resort are conveniently located within a 15-20min drive. We briefly lost our van keys at the home, but the staff at Paragon were extremely helpful/lenient with us checking out after we finally found them. Thank you, Paragon Lodging!
