Excellent Experience

Outstanding cabin in the perfect location close to Breckenridge town and numerous hikes. The cabin set up was excellent and we appreciated all of the accommodations making for a great trip.

Wonderful cabin!

This cabin was wonderful. The layout, furnishings, and amenities—all great. Master suite with ample balcony was upstairs. Double-sized bunk beds in the downstairs bedroom. Having separate baths was great. Beautiful view of Quandary Peak from the front. In the afternoons we would sit on the balcony which looked out on the forested area behind the Cabin. Saw lots of chipmunks, magpies, swallows and even a moose! 10 minutes from Breck. Kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. We loved this place.

Great log cabin in forested neighborhood

Great log cabin in forested neighborhood about 6-7 miles south of Breckenridge - nice distance to feel surrounded by nature but also close to slopes and Breckenridge businesses. Comfortable and spacious cabin, well equipped for being able to cook, do laundry, and bring our dog. Loved the balcony facing the woods out back - great for having a drink and/or soaking up some sunshine!

Awesome Mountain Getaway!

Overall we loved this property. Great proximity to summer hiking, very peaceful, easy to have our dog with us. Kitchen was well stocked, and the king bed upstairs was very comfortable. Our only complaints would be to update some appliances- the dryer is so old and smells strongly of gas, and the heat on it is extremely strong so be careful with delicate clothes. The oven is also probably 20 years old to the point you can barely read the temperature to manually turn it to. We also wish there was a door on the master bath! Other than that we had a great time.

Wonderful cabin!

The cabin was absolutely perfect and the owners were always prompt to respond if we had a question. We stayed a week and had the best time! We loved the mountain view out our front door and the forest view out back. It was quiet and so relaxing. We hope to return!

The perfect cabin!

This cabin was just far enough off the beaten path but still close enough to town that driving to the little shops was just a short trip. The cabin was clean and well equipped! So cozy and comfortable for my family. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to this area

Cute Little Cabin

This cabin was very cute and pretty easy to find. It was furnished well and in a peaceful area. We loved visiting the little pond out back and seeing the trout there. It was close to Montgomery Reservoir which was our favorite place to fish and then see the waterfall there, too. The property manager was very responsive.

We wish this could be our home in the mountains

It was great . Just like a home in the mountains. We didn't want to leave , everything was so cute decorated and clean . The area and neighbors very nice and friendly . Loved the balcony . Just wished we could have sat outside on the porch but it was raining to much . Fireplace was nice and cozy. We saw a fox in the backyard ,it was great and we want to come back. We want to thank the owner for renting it out to us and for sharing their beautiful cabin with everybody. We absolutely loved it.

Cabin minutes from Breckenridge

Early spring break skiing with a family of four. We enjoyed staying a short 13 minute drive south of Breckenridge in this Blue Valley log cabin. The subdivision is forested and quiet with excellent snow plowing though we were happy to have four wheel drive with the 1 foot of new snow. The cabin is well insulated, comfortable beds, plenty of warm water and the kitchen has all needed cooking equipment. Highly recommend if preferring to stay a short ways from town.

Misleading & Poor Management

We were looking for a property that would allow dogs & they advertised they did. After 1st deposit 2 dogs allowed. With final payment 1 dog. Reading their rules manual at the cabin NO dogs allowed. False advertising. We would have picked a different property that REALLY allowed dogs. They took our money & changed the rules.

Lovely getaway

This cabin was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids, ages 10 and 8. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of being away from town, but not being too far away from everything you need.

4.5 out of 5. Some of the windows were missing screens, and some of the window cranks were in operable, so we could not open the windows all of the windows to add in the fresh air.

Beautiful getaway

We loved the Peak-A-Blue cabin! Definitely glad we had a 4WD car with all the snow. Convenient to Breck/Frisco, lots of skiing, hiking, etc. The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful and comfortable stay. Even snow shoes! It was great being able to bring our dog too! Thank you so much. We hope to return one day.
