  • If it's a cozy and convenient home base in Breckenridge that you're searching for, Harris House offers it up in style. Enjoy Victorian charm combined with modern design and amenities, as well as upscale finishes such as stained glass, tile and hardwood flooring, and vaulted ceilings. Style flows through this house, which comes complete with two separate kitchens, each with custom handmade cabinetry. Enjoy comfort with brand new mattresses in every room. You'll also have a private hot tub, a covered back and front porch, and a gas grill for all of your cooking needs. Free WiFi rounds out your home's essential amenities.

    This home is located in the heart of the historic district, so you can truly walk to everything in downtown Breckenridge. Groceries, restaurants, and shops are two blocks away on Main Street (just a quick stroll). You'll be within walking distance from the Free Ride shuttle stop, a half-mile stroll from the base of the Quicksilver Chair Lift (Peak 9), one block from the Speak Easy Cinema and the local library, and two blocks from live theater.

Great location

Our second time staying at this home. Great location and walkable to peak 9 lift (but bus stop only 2 blocks). Roomy with nice hot tub. Very close to Main Street for dining, shopping and late night activities.

The good. The house is in a great location. The communication is good. The ease of checking in and out is good. Dislikes, none of the bedrooms are connected with bathrooms, no privacy. You need to walk out your room to go the restroom or bath/shower. House is very chopped up. Was told day before arrival, one shower would not be working. We did get credit, but would rather have not had to share, hence looking for house with enough bathrooms for the amount of guest.

Great house for a ski vacation!

Lots of room to spread out, hot tub was awesome and very clean. Dishwasher didn’t work great but otherwise everything else was good.

Location!

Description says sleeps 10 and we are a family of 10. Everyone had a bed to sleep in. (Not in a pull out couch bed.) Plenty of room for everyone. Walk to town and to the slopes. Kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, pots, etc. , as we cooked our dinner and ate in every evening. There are 2 living areas and 2 kitchens and 5 bedrooms. Worked very well for us.

Great quirky house in fabulous location.

We loved staying at this house and would rent it again. The layout of the house is funky which made it fun and afforded everyone their own space. The location is perfect- great access to town and busses to lifts and gondola.

Weekend away

This house was the perfect place to gather in Breckenridge with a few close friends. We walked downtown from the house in 5 minutes. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with supplies. Would definitely recommend!

There was plenty of space, many bathrooms, two kitchens with all new appliances! Excellent location for town and skiing! This house made our large family trip easy and relaxing. Thank you!

Great owner, Great house/location

We met actual owner of home, he is a great guy and full of knowledge of area. The house is in great location of town, will return! Not impressed with Vacasa as a management group. Vacasa has tried to get us to use them for our own beach rental unit and we have refrained. Thankfully so, app is a great idea for renters but Vacasa is not always 24/7 as their site touts. I would not want my renters to have to use app and then WAIT for local manager to reply to Vacasa. Again, great house, great location, great owner. Management, Vacasa, leaves to much to be desired.

3rd time renting this house!

We have stayed at this house for the last three years, it never fails to impress. It's a quirky layout, but perfect for teens who need their space or two families together. Lots of space, walking distance to the bus stop and main street. Highly recommend!

Great Location

This house is a great location and is good to accommodate multiple families with separate kitchens and living spaces. The beds are comfy and the hot tub is great for after skiing. Beware that temperature congruity for bedrooms is a challenge given the multi level set up and thermostat positions. The kitchen had ample accessories as well!

Breck house

Nice place for a big group. We were bummed the hot tub wasn’t working. The local property manager responded quickly, however the vasca company didn’t reply and never refunded us, which was a little frustrating. Great location you can walk to Main Street, which is a plus !

Perfect Gathering Place

This home was wonderful!! With a great Breckenridge location, just 3 blocks from Main Street and one block from the Free Bus, this home was perfect for our group whether we were skiing or relaxing in town. It is essentially 2 houses in one providing two kitchens and living rooms, offering privacy for groups or separate kid/adult areas in one connected home. We enjoyed the hot tub on the back porch in the serene and private setting, and even got a pass by visit from the neighborhood Fox. The home had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

2nd time staying here!

This is a quirky old house in the historic district. The floor plan is unique, but perfect for a few families to each have their own space. You can't beat the location and the fact that it has parking for 3 cars! Second time we've stayed, and we've got a 3rd time already booked.
