  • DELUXE 3 BR + LOFT, 3 BA CONDO - DOWNTOWN BRECK - ESPACIOSO

    Atrium 304 es un condominio espacioso (1562 pies cuadrados) que es perfecto para grupos de hasta diez personas. Con dos master suites y muchas opciones para dormir, es una gran opción para compartir con dos familias. También te encantará la ubicación: el servicio de traslado a la zona de esquí se detiene frente al complejo, y está a solo dos cuadras de todos los restaurantes, tiendas y lugares de entretenimiento de la histórica Main Street Breckenridge.

    Los techos abovedados y mucha luz dan a esta unidad una sensación abierta y espaciosa. En el nivel principal, la sala de estar cuenta con una chimenea de gas de piso a techo y televisor con pantalla LCD grande. Es el lugar ideal para relajarse después de un largo día en las pistas para tomar una copa, conversar y ver una película favorita. Incluso hay un balcón y una parrilla de gas justo afuera de la puerta del patio. La cocina totalmente equipada está lista para preparar la cena y los refrigerios, con capacidad para seis en la mesa y 4 más en el bar. La suite principal también está en este nivel, así como otra habitación con dos camas individuales.

    Justo arriba de la escalera de caracol está el desván y la gran suite principal con un baño privado completo. El área del desván tiene dos camas gemelas para una mayor flexibilidad para dormir. Hay Wi-Fi de cortesía en todo el complejo, así como un garaje subterráneo con calefacción, Wi-Fi gratis, guardaesquís y lavandería. Great location and space

The property was in a great location and was in walking distance to Main Street. Clean and easy check in and check out. Bus stop in front of the property for bus access to the gondola. Would recommend!

Nice place, could use some updates

We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location. Master mattress and plumbing fixtures could use some updates. We got the fireplace to work after some effort but couldn't get the cover on, could be easier to use.

Great Location

This property served as an excellent home base for our party of nine. Breckenridge shuttle stops in front of the Condo and drops you off at the Gondola in 10 minutes. 5 minute walk to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Simple and close to downtown

The condo was clean, and spacious! Close to walk to everything. The only issue is parking if you have multiple guests with cars. We made it work but a bit of trek to walk to get the cars.

Quick vacation

Clean kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable living room. Beds were not the greatest, but not terrible. Slept fine being tired from skiing. Underground parking was convenient, but often full. Would stay here again.

Pros: plenty of hot water. Good amount of space. Comfortable.Cons: Dated. Cabinets etc are old and need of repair. Bathrooms dated. All in all. Solid choice.

Quick Trip in Breck

Overall, property ended up working out perfectly. Condo is very large and having 3 full bathrooms was key. Property is dated but we were there for the outdoors not the indoors. Only having one parking spot made it a little tricky as the only overnight parking in Breck is down at the Airport lot - and if you forget to renew, the fine is $75.00. For the price point, I would recommend if you want a relatively affordable place to stay.

Hosts were very responsive and the kitchen was well stocked. The mattresses on some of the beds were not very good and most of the dressers were broken so when you pulled the drawer out they fell out. The comforters were old and shabby looking. We did not know there was no elevator and that we would be staying on the third floor. This was a bit of a hassle when loading ski’s, groceries, etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good space for 2 families with kids. Unit needs improvement, everything is dated but was clean. There is no grill on the unit balcony, unit is located at 3rd floor so was quite hard to get all luggage from basement where we parked. Location was very good, walking distance to downtown and also to slopes. Bus stop right in front.

Nice place great management company

3rd floor with no elevator was cumbersome. Could use a couple more towels with no in house laundry and four floors down to community waher dryer .But overall great location and clean unit management very resposive and accommodating

Great location in Breckenridge

We loved this location in Breckenridge. The shuttle stops right in front of the condo to take you to ski hill. And you can walk to town. The condo however needs a bit of maintenance. The fireplace did not work and they could not get someone there to fix it. Also one of the showers was non-functioning and our fridge kept popping open and getting water on the floor. Hopefully they can remedy these things!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's not the Ritz or 4 Seasons but it's not advertised as that! This spacious 3 bedroom with a loft is amazing from a space for the price perspective. Comfortable living area and very functional kitchen with all of the tools to whip up a meal if you wanted to. No need to cook though since it's a short stroll (600 yards) down the stairs to town that's loaded with tons of great dining options. free bus picks you up every 20 minutes right accross the street and takes you to Peak 9 in about 10 minutes. Same bus takes you back at the end of the day and drops you off right in front. Parking is ample and even underground garage parking if you lucky enough to get one of those spots. I will definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Breck

Close to everything you need

Great place to stay. The only bummer was the queen bed on the main level was very hard and not comfortable but everything else was great.
