**THE HOUSE**
Base Camp Breckenridge is a spacious mountain home set up for groups who come to Breckenridge to be outside. Ski, climb, hike, bike, sit by the fire, or walk to Aspen Alley and the Troll. There's plenty of room, two full kitchens so everyone has what they need, and enough gear storage to handle a serious crew.

**UPSTAIRS - MAIN LIVING**
The main floor has an open plan kitchen, dining area, and living room centered around a wood burning stove. Large windows look out into the aspen forest. The kitchen is fully stocked — everything you need for real cooking after a long day outside. The large deck off the main floor has a gas grill and a gas fire pit.

**DOWNSTAIRS**
The lower level has its own fully equipped kitchen, living area with a large screen TV, and additional sleeping spaces. It works as a self-contained suite — perfect for families who want a separate space for the kids, or groups who want a bit of independence.

**BEDROOMS**
The upstairs level features the private primary suite, complete with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and soaking tub, along with an additional full bedroom. Downstairs, you’ll find two queen guest rooms and a bunk room with twin bunks that are perfect for kids or larger groups.

**BATHROOMS**
All bathrooms have a tub with shower. The master has a soaking tub and smart toilet in addition to a walk in shower. Toiletries — shampoo, conditioner, and body wash — are provided in all bathrooms. Fresh towels are set out in each room.

**DOGS**
We love dogs and welcome up to two well-behaved pups. A pet fee applies. Please keep dogs off the furniture and clean up after them on the property. The trails nearby — including Aspen Alley — are all within a 10-minute walk and are fantastic for dogs.

— Please read the rules in the house guide before using the climbing wall. Supervised use only for children.
— Wood is provided for the wood stove. Instructions are covered in the house guide.
— The hot tub is serviced before every stay. Please shower before entering.
— The outdoor gas fire pit is subject to Breckenridge fire restrictions. Current status is always posted in the house guide — we keep it updated.
— Dogs are welcome but not on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning charges apply if this isn't followed. We do provide a dog blanket.
