Fantastic location, beautiful home and very attentive staff. We had a cute welcome gift and the home had been prepared for our arrival. We did have some issues with the coffee pot and a sink clog and they sent someone within the hour to address both issues. Highly recommend this home if you will be staying in Breckenridge!

Beautiful house with amazing views and amenities. It truly exceeded our expectations and was everything we were hoping it would be. River Ridge rentals who manages the property was a pleasure to rent from- extremely helpful and organized. We’d definitely seek out this property again in the future!

This is a BEAUTIFUL home with all of the pictures being accurate. It was VERY clean, kitchen was well stocked with high-end appliances, beds were comfortable and hot tub pristine. Not to mention, the view from the front of the home is breathtaking. Couldn't recommend more!

Very spacious property which was perfect for our group. Amenities all modern - Roku TVs, Thermador appliances, motorized window blinds - and the house was stocked with most everything we needed. Some minor issues were present (non-functioning door locks & light switches) but they did not affect the quality of our time spent here. Will definitely consider staying at this property again when returning to Breckenridge.

Winter “Bearadise”

This property was more than perfect for our group stay. The view of the mountains and Breckenridge never got old. The heated floors, expansive kitchen, hot tub, game room, I could go on. A perfect ski get away. The River Ridge crew were also very communicative and helpful when needed. 5 star stay.

Three generations of our family spent 6 fabulous days at Bearadise Forest Hills. It was the perfect location to enjoy beautiful Breckenridge and the surrounding area, and this spacious home provided a relaxing and fun retreat after our busy days enjoying the outdoors. We made wonderful memories!

Breathtaking Views!

Our family of 9 (including adult kids and grandkids) stayed in July 2024. Bearadise was absolutely wonderful! It is exactly as advertised and shown in the pictures. The views were breathtaking! We had plenty of space to all be together, and also space to go our own way. The kitchen island is massive and perfect for family meals/gatherings. I would struggle to say anything negative; my only suggestion would be to upgrade the bedding(sheets) and linens (towels). They were perfectly fine, but given the luxury accommodations everywhere else, they seemed out of place. I would highly recommend this property and also the management company (River Ridge Rentals) as they were easy to work with and checked in to make sure we were not in need of anything. Five stars!!'

Family Mountain Escape

This property was great for our large family. It’s in the perfect location to have quiet beautiful mountain views but still be very close to town. Everything about the listing was accurate and we would absolutely stay in this home again.

Beautiful stay

I’ve been on a few “cabin trips” in my time and this was by far the best place I’ve stayed at in a while. It wasn’t hard to get to the place from Denver (about an hr and 45 mins away) Everything was beautiful from the views down to the rooms. It was more than enough space for my group (4 couples). I feel that the pictures listed online doesn’t do the house justice, we were all pleased with the aesthetics. We ended up having a problem with the microwave, I called the host and they were very attentive on ways I can fix it. I’m glad we decided to go with this place and I would definitely stay here all over again.

Amazing Shoulder Season Rental!

Booked the house for a girls trip. Spacious layout, unbelievable views and easy access to town. We enjoyed lots of time on the deck. Highly recommend for family / friend groups traveling to Breck!

INCREDIBLE! No brainer!

Absolutely stunning. One of the most gorgeous properties I have ever stayed at. The house has everything and it all brand has a brand new feel to it. The listing almost does not do it justice. Would stay there every time I visit if available.

Impeccable view!

The house was better than seen in the photos. It was well laid out with views of the mountain from all rooms. We were here for a work getaway with my sales team. Beautiful place, clean and only 5 minutes from downtown Breck. The heated floors, game room and hot tub on the deck were a big plus! Great stay.
