Budget Bungalow on the Swan River

  • Have you ever wanted to stay in beautiful Tiger Run Resort but could afford the high rental prices? Now you can!!! Our cozy, clean Chalet backs to Swan River. You literaly can sit on the large back patio and watch the fish jump in the "Gold Medal Trout Stream". We are just steps away from the 12,000 sf Clubhouse and Pickle-ball/Tennis courts. You will also find sand volleyball and basketball courts. Inside the clubhouse you will enjoy our heated swimming pool and 2 hot tubs. The kids will love our newly renovated game room. We also have a great workout room with cardio, free weights and machine equipment. If you're a golfer we are 5 minutes to Breckenridge Golf Club. Sailors we are 15 minutes to the highest deep water marina in the world "Dillon Reservoir" at over 9000 ft above sea level.. We are located just minutes to Breckenridge or Frisco and right along the Summit Stage bus route. We have parking for 2 smaller vehicles or one large SUV Tandem

Our stay was amazing! Between the cooler weather and the cabin having all the things for a convenient and cozy stay, we have enjoyed ourselves and hope to book again next year. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen items, etc. Location is perfect for all the trails and downtown Breckinridge. The pool, hot tub, and laundry are a sweet addition.

It is in a little village of smaller sized cabins. This one backs up to the river with anenclosed porch out back. Had everything we needed for our stay. Comfy and charming for 2.

The property was wonderful! It was nice and clean with great views of the river from the back deck. It was nicely located between Breckenridge and Frisco, and pet-friendly for our dog, and we loved having the grill available. Although we didn't use the clubhouse, it was nice to know that there was a pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts. Communication with the host was quick, and we would definitely stay here again!

This property was a cute weekend getaway. Our only challenge was that the primary bedroom didn't have curtains on the top windows, so we got up at 6 am with the sun. Winter visits are probably easier to sleep in.Very easily accessible, and the host was helpful and accommodating.

Breckenridge Stay

Really cute cabin, directions to get in were great and all the people we met were very friendly. Would stay again if I could change one thing it would be adding easy river access but overall beautiful place.

Great cabin!

We had a great time celebrating Christmas at this fun cabin. It was just like the photos, and we loved the loft. Would definitely come back!

Cozy & Quiet

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and quiet. The kitchen was a little small and a bit hard to wash dishes, but we made it work and had a great weekend together.

My family of 4 stayed here along with our dog. Kids are 14 and 8. Dog is around 25 pounds. While the home is small, it was very well appointed and was plenty of room to fit our needs. The beds were comfortable enough for us all. There is no A/C, but the climate in Breckenridge made it so it wasn't necessary. The location is great! It is a short drive to downtown, but just far enough to have peace and quiet at night. The location within the resort is also great as being along the stream made for some great morning coffee moments. I would highly recommend staying here.
