This was a great property. We would love to come back. Great location to Ski slopes and downtown Breckenridge. Only thing that we needed more of were towels. Thanks for having us.

House was so cute and comfortable and clean. Loved everything but the mattresses. We are over 55, and the beds felt like a wooden board. They didn't even indent when we rolled over lol. We only stayed two nights, we couldnt have done more with the beds. Could also use a few chairs more suitable for seniors. I brought my 74yr old parents and they could not get in and out of chairs easily inside and outside the house.

The Cabin & The Fox

This was our first time taking the family to a ski trip in Colorado, and another family joined the fun. There was plenty of space for the two families, and very close to Breck.What made our trip a unique one, was a fox who came to visit us every afternoon.I'll recommend this place.

this house sits on the river, 20 feet from the back door, the sound, the scenery, the morning visit to the front porch of a fox all combined to make this the perfect vacation. located just off the highway down a small gravel road. 10 minutes to Breckenridge. There is not a direction you could look and not see the beauty of this area.

Location is everything!

The house is just what you see in the listing and the location on the Blue River is amazing. Foxes came to visit every night. It was quiet and peaceful and the perfect size for 4 adults, 1 teen, and a 10 year old. Lots to do in the area. Do be aware that the beds are very firm in the upstairs rooms. Fantastic weather!!

Wonderful Home by the River

We greatly enjoyed our stay - the house was clean, airy, roomy and well appointed. Lots of common space and private space. The hot tub and sitting area by the river were well loved. We enjoyed family time at the house and many adventures in the mountains and rivers. The location is bucolic (well out of downtown Breckenridge) but Breck's main street is easily accessible. The management company and logistics were great. Highly recommend and hope to return.

So peaceful

The property was amazing. The sound of the Blue River in the backyard was the perfect backdrop to relax after our adventures. The house was well furnished, and the management company was attentive and easy to deal with. We'll definitely be coming back here!

Fantastic cabin right in the Blue River!

We had a wonderful stay, lots of amenities, kitchen and bathroom supplies, etc. Communication was great whenever we needed anything. We would love to go back and stay again next summer.

Perfect cabin!

I can’t say enough great things about this cabin! We are a family from Texas, the day we arrived we got to play in knee deep snow! It was clean and offered games and crafts for the kiddos, our teenager enjoyed the hot tub every night! One night we decided to stay in and just enjoy the cabin! We made snow ice cream, played games and made chili. This cabin was perfect for our family vacation!! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful Boho Cabin

Clean, Cute, Quiet Cabin was just what we wanted. Loved the whole Boho colorado vibe. Enjoyed the deck morning and evening to read and relax after hiking. Only downside...no screens on any of the windows and no fans in the bedrooms. Would have liked to open the windows at night but there were to many buggies.

Nice property; not nice neighbors

Property was great and clean and perfect for our family of 7. However, the people on this street and in the neighborhood were extremely nosy and rude. They (the neighbors) did not like the fact that this property was a VRBO (a lady walking her dog said this). The reason we rent VRBOs is because our family is so large and we need the space. If we can’t enjoy our space because neighbors are watching our every move, then why waste the money? We will not be staying in this area again.
