With easy access to the BreckConnect Gondola, your gateway to skiing and mountain adventures is at your fingertips.



    The Space:

    Start your vacation retreat with this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that will comfortably accommodate up to 6 of your closest family or friends.



    After a day of endless fun on the slopes, relax in the comfortable pullout sofa in the family room while watching your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV. Warm yourselves up next to the heat of the indoor gas fireplace, as you unwind for the night while snuggling in soft blankets. The fully-equipped kitchen is the perfect place for the chef in your group to show off their exquisite cooking skills. Keep the cook in good company with the 4 breakfast bar stools in the kitchen. Enjoy your delicious dinner in the dining area while sharing adventure stories of your time in Breckenridge.



    Access to the private outdoor balcony with seating for two is through the dining area, where you can step out and enjoy the fresh mountain air. For a full night of peaceful rest, the master bedroom features a lovely king-size bed, a sliding closet mirror door with ample space, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Across the hall is the second bedroom where the rest of the group can relax in the twin over queen bunk bed. A full bathroom down the hall is available for guests to share.

    Guest Access:

    Guests will have access to the entire condo and outdoor balcony. Guests will also have access to the shared sauna, pool, and hot tub, as well as free onsite parking for one vehicle in the covered parking. Additional parking is available on the street and is first come, first served.



    The laundry room is located in the garage across from our parking space. It is coin-operated.



    The Neighborhood:

    This condo has an amazing location right in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Conveniently situated in the historic district, you are within walking distance of everything that Breck has to offer. Take a stroll and discover shops, restaurants, breweries, museums, and many other entertainment options all within a stone's throw away. Unlimited access to mountain adventures are all within a few minutes of this condo -- this stunning location ensures that all of Breck is at your fingertips.



    Getting Around:

    From the condo, you can easily walk to all of the main attractions and ski lifts in the area. The BreckConnect Gondola is within an 8-minute walk, a gateway to endless skiing options. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.



    Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



    There is ongoing courtyard renovation, please expect that there will be limited access to the said area until further notice and also expect some noise during your stay.



    4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



    There is a ring camera on the exterior of the entry, facing the driveway and garage door.



    Please take note that the pool, sauna, and hot tub, which are communal facilities, are accessible year-round from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and are situated on the first level, adjacent to the elevator.



    A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!

Host was welcoming however was unable to accommodate any earlier check in than 4PM. When we were finally able to check in at 4PM someone was parked in our designated spot in the garage!

Perfect Location

This place was so close to town allowing us to walk everywhere and it had a pool on property. Extremely clean and updated, too. Great communication from property owners. Comfortable beds! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great spot to enjoy all of Breck

My son and I were traveling to situate him into his new job on the front range. We stayed in Breck several days to chill and board. The location of this flat is perfect for anyone wanting to ride or simply cruise town; perfect location. The flat was perfect for families and friends. Plenty of space and great vibe of town. Would stay here again.

Excellent Stay

Lovely modern condo in the heart of Breck. Location was great. Walkable to the gondola, grocery store and all the downtown has to offer. Although there was no A/C, the breeze from the windows and fans made it very comfortable and as family of 6, we fit very comfortably with the design and layout of the unit. We are regular summer visitors to Breck and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this Breckenridge property! Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was stocked with quality dishes, and the beds were cozy—truly everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated the reserved garage parking spot and how convenient it was to walk to Main Street for restaurants, shopping, and more.If I had one tiny suggestion, it would be to upgrade to 2-ply toilet paper to match the otherwise high quality of the home, and perhaps provide a small printed card with all the access codes as we had to keep pulling out our phones for reference. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s definitely a keeper for future visits. Thank you!

Summer in Breck

Great location, very nice inside. Only issue was it was hot the first two days and the condo does not cool off much at night, no AC. I suggest owners/property managers get a movable fan to put in front of back patio door at night to pull in cool air. Also for kids I would suggest some plastic glassware. Overall though you can’t beat the location. Condo is nicely designed and pool/hottub and sauna area are in good condition.

Nice Condo stay close to Main Street

Really nice, updated modern condo in older property. Great location near main street. On property pool and hot tub were a hit with the teens. Some construction/noise going on in the common areas of the property, which we were notified of after booking. Like many condos in Breckenridge there was no AC unit, so bedrooms got really hot at night. And you could hear all the foot traffic, dog barking coming from the unit above. But overall a good experience! Thank you to the owners.
