Upon arrival the lock would not lock. My son thought the latch would work from the inside. He put his ski boots in the inside of the door just in case someone could open it from the outside. We are not sure if someone knew that the latch was not working because in the morning the door was open and his wallet was stolen. We called the management company to complain and they told us that we could ski and not to worry, someone would be there, but that meant we had to put all of our bags in the car so nothing else would be stolen. We did make a police report. Someone finally arrive in the afternoon and he had to leave to buy new parts for the latch. There was no internet either and when we asked about it, we were told they would fix it but it was never fixed. After being out all day, it would have been nice to be able to watch tv or at least catch up on emails but we were not able to. They never did come and fix it. The latch was fixed so we were able to leave that night without having to put all our bags away. The location was great, walking distance into town and the gondola. If everything is fixed I would go back but not until then. For what we paid, I would have thought someone would have checked that the door locks and that there was internet and everything was in working order. It made for a stressful weekend.
